Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment, not income
This page carries no affiliate links, no casino list and no call to action. It exists only to point you at help, with the national helpline for every market we cover.
Set a limit before you play
The single most effective thing you can do is decide, before you deposit, how much you are willing to lose, and treat that money as already spent on entertainment. Every licensed casino must give you deposit limits, time reminders and a way to take a break, and those tools work best when you set them at the start rather than in the middle of a bad session. A lower limit applies straight away. A higher one is deliberately slow to take effect, which is a feature, not a fault.
Know the warning signs
Gambling stops being entertainment when you chase losses, bet more than you meant to, borrow money to keep playing, hide it from people close to you, or feel that you cannot stop. None of those signs mean you are beyond help. They mean it is time to use one of the tools below, and the earlier the better, because a deposit limit or a short self-exclusion is far easier to set today than after another loss.
Self-exclusion works across every licensed site
Most of the markets we cover run a national self-exclusion scheme that blocks you from every licensed operator at once, not just the one you are on. GAMSTOP in the United Kingdom, Spelpaus in Sweden, CRUKS in the Netherlands, ROFUS in Denmark and BetStop in Australia all do this, and registration is free and takes minutes. If you have self-excluded and find yourself looking for a site that the scheme cannot reach, treat that search itself as the clearest possible sign to talk to one of the services below instead.

Frequently asked questions
How do I set a deposit limit?
Every licensed casino is required to offer deposit limits in the account settings. A lower limit takes effect immediately, while raising one usually carries a cooling-off delay, which is deliberate. Set the limit before your first deposit rather than after a loss.
What is self-exclusion and how is it different from a limit?
A limit caps how much you can deposit. Self-exclusion blocks you from an operator, or from every licensed operator in your country through a national scheme, for a period you choose. It is the stronger tool, and most national schemes start at six months.
Is getting help free and confidential?
Yes. Every service listed on this page is free to use. National helplines are confidential, and you do not have to give your name to talk to one. Reaching out early, before it becomes a crisis, is the point of them.
How do I know if my gambling is a problem?
Common signs are chasing losses, gambling more than you planned, borrowing to gamble, hiding it from people close to you, or feeling that you cannot stop. If any of that sounds familiar, the services below can help you work out what to do next.
18+ only. Gambling involves risk and can be addictive. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If you are worried about your own or someone else's gambling, the services above are there for exactly that.
