The rules for using LSM99, and the honest limits of what a review site can be held to.
What LSM99 is, and what it is not
LSM99 publishes reviews of online casinos. That is the entire business. The site is operated by LSM99, with a registered office at 47 Triq il-Kbira, Birkirkara BKR 4112, Malta, and it is governed by Maltese law.
We are not a gambling operator and we hold no gambling licence, because we do not need one. We accept no bets. We hold no player funds, run no games, process no deposits or withdrawals, and we cannot open, verify, credit, limit or close an account anywhere. Every gambling transaction you make happens on a third party site, under that site’s licence and under the contract it forms with you. If a deposit fails, a bonus is voided or a withdrawal is refused, your counterparty is the operator. It is not us, and we have no power to reverse any of it.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old to use LSM99. Where the law in your country sets a higher minimum age for gambling or for gambling advertising, that higher age applies to you instead of 18.
Gambling law differs by country and it changes. You are responsible for knowing whether online gambling is lawful where you are, and whether an operator is permitted to accept you. Nothing we publish is permission to play, and a casino appearing here does not mean it is licensed to serve your market.
Content is information, not advice
Everything on LSM99 is general information and editorial opinion. None of it is legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and none of it is a recommendation to gamble or to deposit money with anyone. Our scores are opinions produced by the method set out in how we review. They are not guarantees of safety, solvency, fairness or payment.
What is ours
Our review text, section and overall scores, the published weights behind them, page copy, site structure and any screenshot we captured ourselves are owned by or licensed to LSM99. You may quote a short extract if you credit LSM99 and include a working link to the page you took it from. You may not republish a review in full, lift our score set into another comparison table, or harvest the site in bulk, including for model training, without written permission.
What belongs to the operators
Casino names, logos, trademarks and every interface shown in a screenshot belong to the operators that own them. We use them to identify the operator under review and to illustrate what we describe. That use does not imply any partnership, endorsement or approval, and no operator sees or signs off a review before it goes live. If an operator believes we have published a factual error, the route is corrections.
How we are funded
LSM99 is affiliate funded. Some outbound links to operators carry a tracking parameter, and if you register or deposit after following one, the operator may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra either way. Commission is not a ranking factor: scores come from the six weighted sections, and 18 of our 20 reviews score under 7.6. Limits on our liability
Use the site at your own risk. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it is error free, complete, current or uninterrupted, or that a figure quoted from an operator is still true today.
To the extent the law allows, LSM99 is not liable for gambling losses, for money you cannot withdraw, for an operator refusing or closing your account, for anything an operator does or fails to do, for decisions you make on the strength of something you read here, or for loss caused by a third party site you reached through one of our links. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum the law permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot legally be capped.
Operator terms always win
Any bonus condition, wagering requirement, payout window, limit or fee we describe is a summary of what the operator published on the date we checked it. The operator’s own terms and conditions are the binding document, and they override anything on this site if the two disagree. Read them before you deposit.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The current version is the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes are flagged in the legal section. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Malta, and disputes go to the courts of Malta. If you are a consumer, that does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law where you live.

Aristotelis Kourtelis is the Licensing and Player Protection Analyst at LSM99, and the reason a brand does not reach the top of a list on its bonus alone. He joined in 2024 and works at the front of the review process, before any scoring happens. LSM99 rates every casino across six weighted sections, licensing and safety, payouts, bonus fairness, game range, support and mobile, and Aristotelis owns the first of those. If the licensing work fails, the other five sections do not rescue the brand. He reads bonus terms, KYC triggers and self-exclusion rules closely, because those are the clauses that decide whether a win is really a win.
