Short answer
PromptPay is Thailand's instant interbank transfer, addressed by a mobile number or national ID card number and usually paid by QR scan. None of the twenty casinos reviewed here offers it. Two of them serve Thailand: JP88 publishes no cashier at all and names no Thai channel, while Betico keeps its methods behind registration. Online gambling remains illegal in Thailand, with no local regulator to complain to.
How to deposit with PromptPay
- 1 Check whether a cashier exists before you scan anything All twenty review files were searched and PromptPay appears in one, as an absence. JP88 publishes no cashier at all: across every public page we reached on 18 August 2026, not one payment method is named, and the review records no card scheme, no e-wallet, no bank, no local Thai channel and no PromptPay. Betico publishes nothing either, listing deposit and withdrawal methods only inside an account.
- 2 Understand what the QR code is addressing PromptPay routes an interbank transfer to a mobile number or a national ID card number rather than to an account number, and Thai sites usually present it as a QR scan or a direct transfer from a banking app. It runs around the clock. Our Thai slots page makes the consequence plain: the rail is tied to your real identity through the bank account, so the transaction leaves a permanent trace.
- 3 Read the wallet terms alongside the casino terms TrueMoney Wallet is the other channel Thai sites lean on, and it is a regulated electronic money service with conditions of its own. Our Thai pages note that a transfer made for gambling may conflict with the wallet provider's own terms of use. That is a second set of rules on top of the operator's, enforced by a company that has no interest in your balance at the casino.
- 4 Know that the destination account is not neutral Our Thai lotto page states the caution directly: a transfer into an account connected to gambling may be examined, and some receiving accounts have been used in illegal networks. A PromptPay push is created by you, from your own bank, to an account you cannot verify. That is a different exposure from a card payment, where a scheme sits between you and the merchant.
- 5 Convert the operator's minimum into baht yourself Neither Thailand facing brand quotes a baht figure. JP88's clause 9.1 sets a minimum withdrawal of 10 US dollars a transaction, and clause 5.9 allows any currency the site offers, converted at oanda.com rates. Betico prints its ceilings in USDT. The FinnBet listings on our Thai pages advertise no minimum at all on an automated cashier, which is a marketing claim and not a published limit.
How to withdraw with PromptPay
- 1 Accept that PromptPay is an inbound rail here No brand reviewed on this site pays out to PromptPay, because no brand reviewed here accepts it. Where a Thailand facing operator says anything about payouts, it points elsewhere. JP88's clause 9.4 requires payouts to return to the original method, with anything else at the operator's discretion. Betico names no withdrawal method on any public page, so the route out is unknown until you have already deposited.
- 2 Find out when identity checks will be run Verification is triggered by the withdrawal rather than by the signup, and Thai sites are marketed on how little they ask for at registration. Our Thai slots page is direct about it: checks on identity or source of funds surface when you request a large payout, and a mismatch between the account name and the name on the transfer can delay or cancel the withdrawal. Read the terms before you deposit, not after you win.
- 3 Divide the balance by the published ceiling Betico caps 1,000 USDT a day, 5,000 a week and 20,000 a month. JP88's clause 9.6 caps 10,000 US dollars a month and puts approvals on bank working days, Monday to Friday. A win above either figure is not one payout, it is a schedule, and neither operator publishes a per transaction limit that would let you calculate how long that schedule runs.
- 4 Work out what can be deducted before you request JP88 charges no commission where the deposit has been wagered at least once. Otherwise clause 9.2 allows an 8% deduction with a 4 US dollar minimum. Betico's position is looser still: a withdrawal fee applies where the deposit turnover rule is unmet, set at the operator's sole discretion, with no figure published anywhere. A charge with no number attached is not a fee schedule.
- 5 Note who you can complain to, and how long you have This is the step with no equivalent elsewhere. Thailand licenses no online casino, so neither operator answers to a Thai authority. JP88 holds Anjouan paper and gives players a three day window to raise a complaint. Betico holds an Anjouan Gaming Authority licence and states a payout time of ten minutes up to several business days, adding that the clock can be suspended or restarted.
Limits and fees
| Account | Min | Max | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard account, JP88 | 10 US dollars a transaction, clause 9.1, waived on account closure | 10,000 US dollars a month, clause 9.6 | Not published; clause 9.6 puts approvals on bank working days only |
| Standard account, Betico | Not published; per method minimums appear only inside the account | 1,000 USDT a day, 5,000 a week, 20,000 a month | Ten minutes to several business days, and the clock can be restarted |
| Tether route, StakePrix | 30 euro on Tether, against 150 euro on Bitcoin | 2,000 euro a transaction on crypto, 2,500 a week, 10,000 a month | Up to 24 hours, the operator's stated figure |
| USDT lines, WinGaga | 20 euro on most coins, 60 euro on Bitcoin | 500 euro a day and 7,000 a month at level 1, clause 6.11 | 3 business days, clause 6.15, desk 06:00 to 17:00 GMT |
| Thai toplist listing, FinnBet | No minimum advertised on the automated cashier, the brand's own claim | No figure published on any page we hold | Not published as a figure; the claim is a 24 hour automated cashier |
Operator fee: None published, because no brand reviewed here offers PromptPay.
Where it works
What PromptPay is
PromptPay is Thailand’s instant interbank transfer service. Instead of quoting an account number you give a mobile number or a national ID card number, and the receiving bank matches that identifier to an account. Thai sites usually present it as a QR code to scan or a direct push from a banking app, and it runs around the clock. The appeal is obvious in a market where most people already hold it, and our Thai slots page treats it as one of the three main channels alongside TrueMoney Wallet and USDT.
The structural facts matter more than the speed. This is a push payment you create yourself, from an account in your own name, with no card scheme standing between you and the recipient. It settles rather than authorises, and the identifier it uses is tied to your legal identity. Both of those properties cut in two directions at an offshore casino, and neither one is a protection.
None of the twenty, and the two that serve Thailand
Every review file on this site was searched. PromptPay appears in one, JP88, where it is listed among the things the operator does not publish. That review records the position from every public page reachable on 18 August 2026: no card scheme, no e-wallet, no bank, no local Thai channel, no PromptPay, no crypto network. The help centre article on making a deposit runs four steps and never names a method.
Betico is the second brand naming Thailand as a market, and it is barely more transparent. Deposit and withdrawal methods are not published without an account, per method minimums appear only inside the account, and the ceilings that are public are printed in USDT: 1,000 a day, 5,000 a week, 20,000 a month. Its stated payout window runs from ten minutes to several business days, with the clock able to be suspended or restarted. Both operators hold Anjouan licences and neither answers to any Thai authority.
The automated cashier claim, and what it is worth
The Thai category sells one feature above all others, an automated deposit and withdrawal system that credits instantly and pays back without a human in the loop. Our baccarat page describes PromptPay and mobile banking as the main route for larger amounts, supporting bigger sums than a wallet, while TrueMoney handles the small end and USDT covers players who want a cross border option that does not swing in value.
Read those as advertised properties of a category, not as verified behaviour of a brand. Our Thai lotto coverage states outright that phrases such as pays for real are marketing, certified by no authority, and that reliability comes down to the individual site. The FinnBet listings on the Thai pages advertise a 24 hour automated cashier with no minimum, and score 9.4 on the main market entry against a welcome offer of 100% up to ฿10,000 plus 200 free spins. Those are brand claims and an editorial score, and no account was opened and no payout timed anywhere on this site.
Coming back the other way
There is no consumer facing PromptPay payout at any brand reviewed here, and the two Thailand facing operators route the return leg by rules rather than by rails. JP88’s clause 9.4 sends payouts back to the original method, with anything else at the operator’s discretion, and clause 5.9 converts between currencies at oanda.com rates. Clause 9.1 sets a 10 US dollar floor, clause 9.6 a 10,000 US dollar monthly ceiling with approvals on bank working days, and clause 9.2 an 8% deduction with a 4 US dollar minimum where the deposit has not been wagered once. Chargebacks cost 50 US dollars under clause 10.1 and a dormant account is charged 5 US dollars a month after twelve.
Betico is thinner again. Its withdrawal fee applies where the deposit turnover rule is unmet, is set at the operator’s sole discretion, and carries no published figure. For comparison, the crypto rails elsewhere in the batch do print numbers: 30 euro on Tether at StakePrix against a stated 24 hour window, 20 euro on most coins and 60 euro on Bitcoin at WinGaga against three business days in clause 6.15. Our crypto payments page sets out how those windows behave, and the guide to getting money out covers the order in which a request is actually handled.
The Thai position, stated plainly
Online gambling is illegal in Thailand under the Gambling Act of B.E. 2478, and no Thai licensing regime for online casinos exists. Every operator serving Thai players is therefore offshore, holding a foreign licence such as Curacao or holding nothing that can be evidenced. There is no Thai regulator to escalate a stalled payout to, no local dispute service, and no national exclusion register that reaches these sites. JP88 gives a three day window to raise a complaint at all.
That is the frame a PromptPay deposit sits inside. The transfer itself is fast, final, traceable to you, and addressed to an account whose owner you cannot verify. Our Thai lotto page warns that transfers into gambling linked accounts may be examined and that some receiving accounts have been used in illegal networks. If play stops being entertainment, the Department of Mental Health hotline on 1323 is free and open 24 hours. Every other method on the payments hub is compared on the same basis: what the operator publishes, and what it leaves out.
Frequently asked questions
Do any of the twenty reviewed casinos accept PromptPay?
No. Every review file was searched and PromptPay appears in exactly one, JP88, where the review records its absence rather than its presence. Two of the twenty name Thailand as a market, JP88 and Betico, and neither publishes a payment method list on any public page. If you are looking for a reviewed operator on this site with a documented Thai rail, there is not one, and that absence is the finding.
Why does JP88 have no payment methods listed at all?
Because nothing is published. Across every public page we reached on 18 August 2026, not one method is named: no card scheme, no e-wallet, no bank, no Thai channel, no crypto network. The help centre article on making a deposit runs four steps and tells you to select your preferred currency without listing one. What does exist is rules without instruments, which is why that review scores its payments section where it does.
Does paying by PromptPay keep the transaction private?
The opposite. PromptPay addresses a transfer to your mobile number or national ID card number and settles from your own bank account, so it is tied to your real identity by design. Our Thai slots page puts it plainly: that link makes verification smoother if the names match, and it also means your transactions are not untraceable. Anyone choosing a rail for privacy is choosing the wrong one here.
Is the money at risk because of who receives it?
That is the caution our Thai lotto page raises, and it deserves repeating. A transfer into an account connected to gambling may be examined, and some receiving accounts have been used in illegal networks. A PromptPay push has no scheme dispute behind it, so if the receiving account is frozen or the operator stops answering, there is no chargeback and no Thai authority to escalate to.
What does an automated Thai cashier actually promise?
Speed, and only as advertising. The category sells an automated deposit and withdrawal system that credits without sending a slip to an admin and returns money to a Thai bank account within minutes. Our lotto page is explicit that phrases like pays for real are advertising, certified by nobody, and that reliability varies site by site. None of it is a figure this site has verified, and no account was opened to test it.
Is online gambling legal in Thailand?
No. Online gambling remains illegal under the Gambling Act of B.E. 2478, and Thailand operates no licensing regime for online casinos. Sites serving Thai players therefore hold foreign paper, Curacao being the common example, or hold nothing at all. There is no Thai body you can complain to if a payout stalls. That is a fact to weigh before a deposit, not a detail to discover after a win.
Where can a Thai player get help with gambling harm?
The Department of Mental Health runs a hotline on 1323, free and available 24 hours a day, which our Thai pages give as the first point of contact when play stops feeling like entertainment. ThaiHealth also publishes information and runs support networks on gambling. None of the offshore operators discussed here is connected to a Thai exclusion register, because no such register applies to them.

Payments & Withdrawals Tester since 2024
Niels Zijp tests the cashier. At LSM99 he is the Payments and Withdrawals Tester, a role he has held since 2024, which means he runs money through an operator and times what happens: how long a deposit takes to credit, how long a verified withdrawal actually takes to land. He owns the payments sections of our reviews and the comparison pages that sit alongside them. When this site quotes a payout window, that figure came off his stopwatch. It is a measured number, not a promise repeated from a help page.
