Vegasy Review 2026: Licensed, But Not This Domain

What we verified and what we could not

Vegasy publishes a licence number that checks out and a domain that does not. That sentence is the review. Everything below separates what the operator claims from what an outside source confirms, because on this brand the gap between the two is unusually wide.

Checked against a source. The Anjouan public register returns one result for ALSI-142406004-FI1: Agento N.V., status Valid, type b2c, issued 07 June 2024, expiring 06 June 2026, domains vegaslegacy.com and agentlotto.com. Company name, number 16114 and the Hamchako address match the footer and terms clause 1.1 word for word. Bonus mechanics come from the welcome terms at /promotions/welcome, method lists and limits from the public cashier at /banking, and withdrawal ceilings, dormancy charges and the dispute route from the Terms of Use.

Not confirmed. No account was opened and no withdrawal tested, so nothing here is a measured payout. Support response time is unmeasured. The game total is not verified and this page publishes none. Deposit and loss limit ranges are never enumerated. The brand launch year is nowhere on the site.

Now the claims. Vegasy makes six marketing promises, and each is followed to its source below.

Three of six are contradicted by the operator’s own documents. One fails on a channel that does not exist. Two survive.

Reputation and licensing, 5.2

Vegasy names Anjouan licence ALSI-142406004-FI1 in clause 1.2 of its Terms of Use, and we did not take that on trust. The Anjouan Gaming Authority runs a searchable public register of 1,492 licences. That number is in it, held by Agento N.V., type b2c, issued 07 June 2024, status Valid. Licensee name, company number and registered address all match the footer. So far, a normal small jurisdiction licence.

Then read the domain column. It says vegaslegacy.com and agentlotto.com. It does not say vegasy.casino. We searched the register for the word vegasy on 18 August 2026 and got 0 of 1,492 licences, on company name and on domain alike. Both sister domains are live, and vegaslegacy.com serves the identical brand down to the phrase “exclusively for new Vegasy clients” in its hero. The storefront is licensed. The address bar you are standing at is not.

The expiry column carries the second problem. It reads 06 June 2026 while the status column reads Valid, and 73 days separate that printed expiry from the day we looked. Which field is stale, the register does not say.

Clause 27.1 then sends every payment dispute to the operator’s own support desk and names nothing beyond it, while the Anjouan validator lists an independent ADR service as a condition of the licence. No ADR appears in 58,000 characters of Vegasy terms.

A licence that does not name this domain is not one a player can rely on. Hence 5.2, and hence the ceiling on the total.

Payments and payouts, 6.6

Vegasy runs the widest cashier in this batch and prints more of it in public than most. The deposit table carries 28 rows, every one marked instant at 0% commission, split between Visa, Mastercard, BinancePay and 25 crypto routes over Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Solana, TON, Tron, BNB and Polygon. The withdrawal table carries 22, and cards are among them. Both MGA brands we read on 18 August 2026 take card deposits and refuse card payouts.

Read that maximum against clause 11.5.4 and it evaporates. Withdrawal ceilings are set by loyalty tier, and the bottom tier is capped at $1,000 a day, $5,000 a week and $10,000 a month. Nobody reaches 43,600 euro in a day, at any tier. The top rung of a ten step ladder needing $10,000,000 of turnover still stops at $10,000 daily.

Clause 11.6.1 then lets Vegasy withhold up to 20% of a withdrawal, or 25% by card, when a player has deposited more than they have staked. Deposit $500, play $100, ask for $400 back, and $80 may stay behind. The crypto ceiling is not even stable: we read 43,638 euro one afternoon and 43,626 euro twenty minutes later.

Bonuses, 7.0

Vegasy publishes its welcome terms properly, on one page, before you register. Fourteen numbered clauses cover the wagering multiplier, the maximum bet, the winnings cap, the clock and the game weighting. Nords Casino and FoggyBet scatter the equivalent rules across three documents each. Better practice than either.

The package pays $1,500 and 200 free spins across four deposits of $10 or more: 100% up to $300 with 70 spins, then 125% up to $500 with 50, then 100% up to $300 with 30, then 130% up to $400 with 50. Clause 8 sets wagering at 40x on the cash bonus, clause 9 puts 35x on free spin winnings, clause 10 caps a bonus bet at $5, and clause 11 caps package winnings at $1,500.

Clause 3 is the one that hurts. Each part must be deposited and fully wagered inside five days, the whole package inside twenty. Miss a part and you forfeit it. Cancel a part whose conditions are not met and clause 4 revokes the entire bonus, including stages you already cleared. Clause 12 then removes lotteries, live dealer and virtual sports from wagering entirely, and clause 13 counts roulette, video poker, card games, blackjack and baccarat at 5%. On a 40x requirement that turns blackjack into 800x.

And here is the detail we cannot explain. Clause 6 prices the free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, Wild West Gold, The Ultimate 5 and Wolf Gold at $0.20 each, naming Pragmatic Play beside all four. The offer above it names Dynamite Miner, Golden Ox, Little Panda and Cyber Wolf. Pragmatic Play is not among the 100 studios in the Vegasy provider filter. Eight game names for one offer, and the four carrying a stated spin value come from a studio the lobby does not list.

Bonus maths, in US dollars

Vegasy sells $1,500. What a Vegasy player owes is turnover, and the welcome terms supply every number needed to work it out. The table below runs all four stages at their maximum qualifying deposits, under clause 8’s 40x and clause 10’s $5 ceiling.

Take stage two alone. Deposit $400, receive $500, and $36,000 must go through the reels inside five days. At the $5 ceiling that is 7,200 spins as an absolute floor. Clear all four stages and the combined turnover is $112,320 against clause 11’s $1,500 winnings cap.

Set that against a plain 100% up to $200 at 25x on bonus only. A $100 deposit there owes $2,500 with no package cap. Vegasy asks about three times the work per dollar of bonus, with a five day clock on each quarter. How wagering requirements work explains why the basis matters more than the headline.

Terms decoder

Vegasy keeps its sharpest rules in four clauses, and each sits inside a 58,000 character document a player is unlikely to open twice. None of them appears on a promotion page, in the cashier, or in the sign-up flow. All four are paraphrased below in our own words, with the practical result underneath each one.

Underplayed withdrawal deduction, clause 11.6.1. Ask for money back when you have deposited more than you have wagered, and Vegasy may keep a slice. Consequence: up to 20% of the request stays behind, 25% by card.

Account deletion forfeits the balance, clause 6.5. Deletion requires confirming that any remaining funds become the property of Vegasy, and it cannot be reversed. Consequence: closing the account is not cashing out, and the order matters absolutely.

Inactivity commission, clause 11.7. One year with no real money activity triggers a monthly charge of 10% of the balance, after one warning email. Consequence: a forgotten account holding $200 falls under the $10 forfeiture floor inside 30 months.

One account per IP address, clause 6.6.1. The rule covers IP, computer, email and phone number, and states that the operator’s determination is uncontestable and no reason will be given. Consequence: two people in one household on one connection can both lose their balances, with no appeal.

Games, 9.4

Vegasy carries the broadest supplier list in this batch. We counted 100 named studios in the provider filter on 18 August 2026, and the names are largely real rather than filler: NetEnt, Playtech, Novomatic, Yggdrasil, Hacksaw Gaming, Blueprint, Thunderkick, Endorphina, Red Tiger, BGaming, Habanero, Spinomenal, PG Soft, Evoplay, Betsoft and Tom Horn among them. Live tables come from Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, HoGaming and Betgames.TV.

Fourteen lobby categories are open without logging in, including crash games, megaways, keno, plinko, jackpots and game shows.

We did not count the games and this review publishes no total. The lobby prints one above the grid, and quoting an operator’s own counter would be repeating marketing rather than reporting.

The absences are informative. Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play’n GO, Nolimit City and Big Time Gaming are all missing from the filter. Evolution matters most: a live floor built on Ezugi and Vivo Gaming is a second tier live floor, and breadth elsewhere does not fix that. Breadth here, not depth at the top.

One catch reaches into the loyalty programme. Spribe and Gaming Corps titles earn no points at all, alongside every live dealer table and every roulette game. Aviator carries its own item in the main navigation, printed in red, and counts for nothing.

Customer support, 7.6

Vegasy states on its support page that the team is reachable around the clock, seven days a week, through online chat and a message form, with clause 21.1 adding support@vegasy.casino. The form promises a reply within 24 hours. Neither channel was tested, and we will not score a response time we have not measured.

The documentation is thin next to that promise. There is no FAQ anywhere on the site. The customer verification page runs to five clauses and names no specific document, no file format and no size limit, only “photos, copies of photo IDs, bank statements, certificates, utility bills”. Clause 7.3 gives a player three days to produce whatever is asked for. A three day deadline against an unnamed document list is a hard combination.

Then the channel that does not exist. Clause 21.1d lists telephone support “with all contact details available on the Site in the Support section”, and the responsible gambling page repeats the phone option twice more, as the route for setting limits and for freezing an account. No telephone number appears on any of the twelve public pages we read.

User experience and responsible gambling, 6.4

Vegasy publishes four separate player protection documents, more than most brands at this licence level bother with, then makes every tool in them unreachable without a conversation. Deposit and payment limits are set “by reaching customer support via email, phone, or online chat”. Freezing the account works the same way. Self-exclusion under policy clause 1.3 requires an email to support@vegasy.casino from the registered address. Nothing is self-serve.

Two protections are genuinely strong. A limit increase is postponed for seven days, which gives a player time to change their mind. Self-exclusion clause 1.6 refuses to consider any early reinstatement request, and clause 1.8 confirms the account does not reopen by itself when the period ends. Both MGA brands in this batch reopen definite exclusions automatically. Vegasy makes you write in and ask.

Missing is everything a regulator normally requires in writing. No deposit limit range. No loss limit. No session limit, no reality check, no self-assessment. The footer carries a GamCare logo and a BeGambleAware logo, and neither is a link. Neither organisation is named on the responsible gambling page, which signposts no helpline at all.

Mobile was not tested on a handset. An App Store badge sits in the footer and the score reflects untested ground.

Who this casino is for

Vegasy sorts players by payment rail more sharply than by anything else, and the licence question sits on top of all three profiles below. Three verdicts follow, each drawn from the cashier and the Anjouan register rather than from the marketing copy, and each naming the clause that decides it.

The stablecoin regular at small stakes. Funds in USDT on Tron or Polygon, plays slots, keeps sessions modest, never touches a card. Yes, with the domain caveat. The 13 euro floor, the 0% commission and 20 crypto payout rails fit this player, and a $1,000 daily cap never binds.

The Visa depositor. Wants one card in and the same card out. No. Cards do pay out here, a real advantage, but the 5% fee with a $3.50 floor, the 2,618 euro ceiling and clause 11.6.1’s 25% deduction make it the worst rail on the site.

The jackpot chaser. Comes for the progressive row and plans on a five figure win. With reservations, leaning no. Clause 11.5.4 pays a new account $1,000 a day, so a $30,000 win takes a month of daily requests under clause 11.5.9.

How it compares

Vegasy beats the two closest brands in our library on cashier breadth, and loses badly to both of them on where its licence actually points. The comparison worth making here is not bonus against bonus. It is register entry against register entry.

The Nords Casino review covers a brand with a far worse cashier and a far better documented licence. That is the honest trade here. Operator group and complaints route

Agento N.V. holds the licence and operates Vegasy directly, and the register names the rest of the portfolio without leaving it implied. Licence ALSI-142406004-FI1 lists vegaslegacy.com and agentlotto.com. We opened vegaslegacy.com on 18 August 2026 and it returns the same brand, welcome package and registration form as vegasy.casino.

Payments are handled by a separate company. Agentop Services Ltd, registration HE 374355, sits at 165 Spyrou Araouzou, Office 402, Limassol, Cyprus. That split matters in a dispute: the entity holding your money is incorporated in the European Union while the entity holding the gaming licence is not, and clause 29.2 puts the relationship under Anjouan law wherever you live.

For a complaint the sequence is short and ends early. Clause 27.1 requires you to contact Vegasy support and describe the issue in detail. There is no second step written anywhere. No ADR body, no regulator contact, no escalation window. Keep a written record from the first message, because the operator’s own desk is the only forum the terms give you.

Country availability

Vegasy sets the account currency at registration from a list of 23, including euro, US dollar, Polish zloty, Thai baht, Indian rupee and Philippine peso. Clause 3.2 then refuses accounts from roughly 40 territories, among them Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United States. Ireland appears on neither that list nor the Anjouan exclusion list.

The two lists are separate documents and they do not match. Anjouan bars Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, and says complaints from players there fall outside its regulatory scope. Clause 3.2 is longer but omits Comoros. Note too that the registration form offers Singapore dollars and Turkish lira while clause 3.2 refuses residents of both.
