FoggyBet Review 2026: The FAQ Contradicts The Cashier

What we verified and what we could not

Four FoggyBet documents describe the same withdrawal, and they do not agree with each other. That is the shape of this whole review. FoggyBet publishes more operational detail than most brands on its licence, and the extra detail is where the contradictions became visible.

Checked against a source. The MGA authorisation register returns L.C.S Limited holding MGA/B2C/233/2013 with a status of Licensed, approved for Type 1 gaming services and Type 2 fixed odds betting, with MADRE named as the approved dispute body. We counted 36 authorised domains on that record and foggybet.com is one of them. Licensee name, company number C-64070 and the Ta’ Xbiex address in the footer match the register line for line. Bonus mechanics come from the General Promotions and Bonus Terms dated 13 February 2026. Method lists and limits come from the public cashier at /payments, read in euro with the country selector on Serbia. Fees and the self-exclusion carve out come from General Terms 1.19.

Not confirmed. We did not open an account and we did not test a payout, so the 72 hour figure on this page is FoggyBet’s own claim. Support response times are unmeasured. Daily and monthly withdrawal ceilings are not published beyond the per transaction cap. Deposit and loss limits are referenced inside the account area but never enumerated.

Three contradictions are worth naming up front. The FAQ puts the minimum deposit at 15 euro while the cashier prints 25 euro on 13 of 14 tiles. The FAQ says the minimum withdrawal varies between 25 and 100 euro while the cashier shows a flat 100 euro floor. And free spin winnings are wagered 30 times in the welcome terms, 35 times in bonus terms E 1.4, and 50 times in the FAQ.

Reputation and licensing, 9.1

FoggyBet operates under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/233/2013, issued on 02/07/2013 to L.C.S Limited, company number C-64070, registered at Office 3, Level 2, Sterling Building, Enrico Mizzi Street, Ta’ Xbiex XBX 1453, Malta. The register confirms it. Status Licensed, both gaming types approved, and foggybet.com sitting in the authorised URL list alongside 35 other domains. Footer, register and live site agree.

The structural signals are strong. Licensee and operator are the same legal person, the address is a real Maltese office rather than a postbox, and clause 9.8 cites the Remote Gaming Regulations directly. A licence live since 2013 is a thirteen year record for the company, though not for this brand. FoggyBet’s About page gives no launch year and we found none we could verify.

Now the limit. Clause 8.4 states that self-excluding from FoggyBet does not automatically exclude you from any other brand on the same licence. Clause 8.5 adds that if you open an account at a sister site during your exclusion, the operator may suspend the funds, void the bets and forfeit the winnings. Clause 8.6 removes any duty to refund what you staked there. On a licence carrying 36 domains, that is a wide door left open.

A thirteen year old Malta licence with a matching register entry earns 7.6. Clause 8.4 keeps it from going higher.

Payments and payouts, 6.1

FoggyBet accepts deposits through 14 cashier tiles and pays withdrawals through four. Deposits run on Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, paysafecard, Neosurf, Flexepin and bank transfer, with Apple Pay and Google Pay each appearing twice under different acquirers. Withdrawals run on Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton. Nothing else.

What FoggyBet does better than its sister brands is publish a time. The FAQ states that payments are processed within 72 hours of approval by the payments department, with e-wallets landing quickly after that and bank transfers taking three to five banking days. Declared, not measured. Still a number a player can quote back at an agent, which beats silence.

Then the same FAQ works against itself. It names a fee of roughly 20 euro on bank transfers outside SEPA, a method that cannot be used to withdraw. It tells you to withdraw using the same validated method as your last deposit, which no card depositor can do. Clause 9.11.1 hardens that into “withdrawals will be remitted only to the same account from which the funds originated”, unsatisfiable for eight of the fourteen tiles.

Three consequences follow. Card and voucher depositors must open an e-wallet before being paid. The 100 euro floor strands any balance under four minimum deposits. And a 4,800 euro win needs five separate requests.

Bonuses, 6.5

FoggyBet runs a heavy promotional calendar: a three stage welcome package, a named offer for every day of the week, provider tournaments with seven figure prize pools, a sports bonus and a 25 euro freebet. The volume is real. The arithmetic underneath it is the problem.

The package pays 125% up to 750 euro with 250 spins on deposit one, 100% up to 750 euro with 250 spins on deposit two, and 125% up to 500 euro with 500 spins on deposit three. Minimum 25 euro each time, spins on Bigger Bass Splash at 0.10 euro. Clause 10 carries the number that decides everything: wagering is 30x on the deposit and the bonus amounts together, not on the bonus alone.

Maximum bet during wagering is where FoggyBet gets careless. Bonus terms clause A 1.3 sets it at 5 euro per spin and stops there. General terms clause 1.8 sets it at 5 euro or 15% of the total bonus given, whichever comes first. On a 25 euro deposit the bonus is 31.25 euro, 15% of that is 4.69 euro, and the stricter rule bites first. Our max bet rules explainer covers why this clause type voids more wins than any other.

Weighting is slots 100%, virtual and lucky games 50%, table games 20%, live casino excluded entirely. The excluded games list runs to several hundred titles, Sweet Bonanza, Dead or Alive 2, Extra Chilli and the whole crash category among them.

Then the cap. Section D 1.2 limits winnings by offer size: 200% and above at three times deposit, 150% to 199% at six, 120% to 149% at eight, 100% to 119% at ten. The 125% first deposit bonus caps at eight times your deposit, and no promotion page says so.

Bonus maths, in euro

FoggyBet sells a percentage. What a player owes is turnover, and the two numbers are nowhere near each other. The table runs the FoggyBet first deposit bonus at three deposit sizes, with the clause 1.8 maximum bet applied instead of the headline 5 euro, because clause 1.8 is stricter on small deposits.

Read the middle row. Deposit 100 euro, receive 125 euro, and 6,750 euro must go through the reels before a withdrawal is possible. At the 5 euro ceiling that is 1,350 spins as an absolute floor, and volatility makes the honest number higher. Upside stops at 800 euro, and it leaves 1,000 euro at a time.

Claim all three tranches at their maximums and the obligation compounds. Depositing 600, 750 and 400 euro claims the full 2,000 euro of bonus, and 30 times the combined 3,750 euro base is 112,500 euro of turnover.

Set that against a plain 100% up to 200 euro at 25x on bonus only. A 100 euro deposit there owes 2,500 euro for a 100 euro bonus, with no tiered win cap. Terms decoder

Four clauses in the FoggyBet terms decide outcomes, and none of them are written to be noticed. Each one below is paraphrased in our own words with the practical consequence underneath. All four sit in documents a player must open separately from the promotion page they are claiming from.

Split max bet rule, general terms 1.8 against bonus terms A 1.3. One document caps a bonus bet at 5 euro. The other caps it at 5 euro or 15% of the bonus, whichever is lower. Consequence: on any bonus under 33.33 euro the published 5 euro figure is wrong, and betting to it forfeits the winnings.

Tiered maximum win, bonus terms D 1.2. Deposit bonus winnings are capped as a multiple of the deposit, set by the bonus percentage. Consequence: on the 125% first deposit offer you can win eight times your deposit and not a cent beyond it.

Third party payments, clause 9.6.3. An account holder must not let anyone else use their account for deposits or withdrawals. Consequence: funding from a partner’s card puts the whole balance at risk, and clause 12.10 supplies the forfeiture power.

Dormancy, clauses 6.1 to 6.4. Six months with no login makes an account dormant, at which point FoggyBet may charge 10 euro a month, rising to 15 euro after two years, up to the balance. Consequence: a forgotten account holding 40 euro is empty within four months, and clause 6.4 expires any cashback immediately.

Games, 9.1

FoggyBet’s providers wall carries 74 studio logos, counted on 18 August 2026, and the names are the ones that matter rather than filler. Evolution, NetEnt, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Novomatic, Wazdan, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Red Tiger and Endorphina all appear. Live tables come from Evolution, Playtech, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play.

Titles visible without logging in include Bigger Bass Bonanza, Scroll of Dead, Legacy of Dead, Wild Toro, Le King, Book of Ra Magic, Gates of Olympus and Crazy Time. Categories split into slot games, table and crash games, lucky games and live casino.

We did not count the games and this review publishes no total. The lobby prints its own counter above each grid, and that counter had already moved between the afternoon screenshot in this review and our evening visit the same day.

The catch is not the catalogue, it is the overlap with the bonus rules. Several of the most played titles here, Sweet Bonanza and Dead or Alive 2 among them, sit on the excluded list where bonus wagering does not count and winnings can be reclaimed. Nothing in the lobby marks them. Bonus terms A 1.5 says the responsibility is yours.

Good list. Badly signposted.

Customer support, 8.1

FoggyBet publishes a support offer that its closest sister brand does not. The contact page names live chat and email at support@foggybet.com, and lists five languages: English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish. The FAQ covers deposits, withdrawals, wagering requirements and the full KYC document list, down to a 3MB file ceiling and proof of address dated within three months.

Hours are where it falls apart. The contact page says support is available “everyday 24/7”. The home page repeats that claim. The About Us page says live chat runs 10:00 to 02:00 CET, seven days a week, which is sixteen hours rather than twenty four. Three pages, two answers.

Neither channel was tested here. What lifts FoggyBet above a neutral six is the documentation: a player can learn the verification requirements and the payout window before handing over an email address. What keeps it below seven is that the operator cannot agree with itself on opening hours.

User experience and responsible gambling, 7.1

FoggyBet places time-out and self-exclusion inside the account under a Responsible Gaming tab, and both take effect immediately once saved. Revoking a time-out or a definite self-exclusion is possible only after 24 hours. Indefinite self-exclusion cannot be set in the account at all: it requires live chat, and lifting it takes seven days plus the operator’s discretion.

Deposit, loss and session limits get one sentence. The responsible gambling page says you “may also choose to impose limits” in the My Account section, without naming which limits exist or what ranges they allow. No reality check feature is documented.

Here is the part that stopped us. The only named helpline on FoggyBet’s responsible gambling page is GamCare on 0808 8020 133, a United Kingdom service, backed by Gambling Therapy. Clause 2.6.4 of the same site’s terms refuses any customer resident in the United Kingdom. The one phone number a struggling FoggyBet player is given belongs to the one country FoggyBet will not take money from.

Accounts self-excluded for a definite period reopen automatically. No check in, no cooling step. Our responsible gambling page lists tools that do not depend on one operator honouring them.

Who this casino is for

FoggyBet serves one player type cleanly and works against two others, and the cashier decides which group you land in. Three profiles below, three verdicts, drawn from the deposit and withdrawal lists rather than from the marketing.

The weekend accumulator bettor. Funds a Skrill balance, bets football and tennis across Saturday and Sunday, treats the casino tab as a coin flip between matches. Yes. The sportsbook carries 0% margin markets, a bet builder and early payout rules across eight sports, and the cashout restriction that defines this site does not touch a Skrill user.

Paysafecard buyers. Pick up a voucher at a kiosk precisely so that no card number reaches a gambling site. No. paysafecard takes deposits up to 1,000 euro here and pays nothing back. Getting paid means verifying an e-wallet, which undoes the reason for using a voucher.

A 25 euro trial player. Deposits the site minimum to see whether the place is any good. With reservations, leaning no. The withdrawal floor is 100 euro against that 25 euro deposit, and clause 1.8 quietly drops the maximum bet to 4.69 euro on a bonus that size. The trial is harder to cash out than the commitment.

How it compares

FoggyBet and Nords Casino are the same operator on the same licence, and we checked every shared field rather than assuming. Licence, company number, welcome package, wagering basis, max bet, weighting, win cap tiers and dormancy fees are identical on both. So is the cashier: 14 in, four out, 100 euro floor, 1,000 euro ceiling. That repetition is operator policy, not a quirk of one storefront.

The difference that changes a player’s outcome is disclosure, not terms. FoggyBet tells you the payout window, the verification documents and the support languages before you register. Nords Casino tells you none of the three, and its FAQ contains no payment question at all, confirmed on the live site on 18 August 2026. The trade is that FoggyBet’s extra disclosure contradicts its own cashier in three places.

Operator group and complaints route

L.C.S Limited holds MGA/B2C/233/2013 and operates FoggyBet directly, and the MGA register names the rest of the portfolio rather than leaving it implied. We counted 36 authorised domains on 18 August 2026, among them Nords Casino, Campeon, Sons of Slots, SvenPlay, Betnflix, KudosBet and Betstro. FoggyBet is one storefront on a portfolio.

That matters twice over. Clause 8.4 means a FoggyBet self-exclusion reaches FoggyBet and stops there, so a player who excludes here can register at a sister brand the same evening. And bonus terms clause 1.1 limits bonuses to one person, address, phone number and payment instrument, enforced across the group rather than per site, so a second account at a sister brand can cost the balance at both.

For a dispute, start with FoggyBet’s own complaints process through live chat or support@foggybet.com, keeping a written record. If that fails, the register names MADRE as the approved dispute resolution body, and the MGA’s player support unit can review how the operator handled the case. Neither will overturn a decision that follows published terms. That is the argument for reading clause 1.8 before you claim, not after.

Country availability

FoggyBet prices in euro and sets the account currency at registration, and the FAQ states that currency can never be changed afterwards. The cashier we read was in euro with the country selector on Serbia. Method availability shifts by country, so the 14 tiles above are not universal.

Two exclusion lists exist and they are not identical. General terms clause 2.6.4 refuses accounts from roughly fifty territories including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Israel and the United States. Bonus terms clause 1.15 carries a near identical list that leaves the United Kingdom out. Ireland appears on neither.
