Short answer
30Bet runs on a Tobique Gaming Commission licence held by RegalTech Solutions Limitada, and the regulator's own validation page names www.30bet.com with a status of Valid. The casino welcome offer clears at 40x on the bonus alone, which reads well until you find the rule that spends your deposit first and counts none of it.
Pros and cons
What works
- The regulator's own validation page, opened 18 August 2026, returns RegalTech Solutions Limitada, the San Jose address from the footer, www.30bet.com as the registered website and an operating status of Valid
- The Tobique licence holder list carries 184 companies and Regaltech Solutions Limitada is one of them, B2C, with an expiry of 17 July 2027, so the entry survives a check that does not rely on the operator's own seal
- Wagering on casino offers up to 100% is 40x the bonus amount alone, not 40x deposit plus bonus, and the bonus terms set no maximum win cap on deposit bonuses
- Clause 4.10 publishes withdrawal ceilings in plain numbers: 10,000 euro a day, 25,000 euro a week, 100,000 euro a month, with instalments above 20,000 euro
- The cashier prints a minimum and a maximum for all 15 deposit methods and all six withdrawal methods, at a 10 euro deposit floor and a 20 euro withdrawal floor
- Clause 10.5 names an independent ADR service with a working email address, and clause 10.6 sets out written escalation to the Tobique Gaming Commission
- The provider filter lists 50 studios, counted 18 August 2026, among them Yggdrasil, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Endorphina and Novomatic
What does not
- On the en-LL storefront the welcome page prints 50% Bonus up to 500 euro and, eleven words later in the same sentence, a 50% bonus up to 200 euro. The 1,000 euro headline only adds up on the first figure
- That same en-LL footer carries no operator name, no company number, no licence line and no link to the terms and conditions, all of which are present on en-UN
- The casino welcome page states no wagering multiplier, no maximum bet and no expiry. Those three numbers live only in a separate bonus terms document dated 01.10.2023
- Your own deposited money is always staked before bonus money, and only bets made with bonus money count towards wagering, so the deposit is burned before the requirement starts moving
- 215 named slots are barred from bonus play, feature buy is banned while wagering, and bonus funds are void on table games, video poker and every non-slot category
- Nine of the 15 deposit routes cannot pay out, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neteller, Paysafecard and Rapid Transfer
- Payout speed is stated three different ways across three of the operator's own documents
- Licence number 0000087 cannot be verified anywhere, because the Tobique register publishes company names, expiry dates and licence types and nothing else
What we verified and what we could not
30Bet publishes its licence in two places, and the two do not carry the same information. What follows separates the checked from the unchecked, because on this brand the widest gaps sit between the operator’s own pages, not between operator and regulator.
Checked against a source. The Tobique Gaming Commission runs a validation service reachable from the seal in the 30Bet footer. Opened on 18 August 2026, it returned RegalTech Solutions Limitada, the San Jose address printed in the footer, www.30bet.com as the registered website, and an operating status of Valid. The commission also publishes a licence holder list of 184 companies, where Regaltech Solutions Limitada sits as a B2C holder expiring 17 July 2027. Bonus mechanics come from the bonus terms, version 01, dated 01.10.2023. Method limits come from the public cashier. Ceilings, the inactivity charge, self-exclusion and the dispute route come from the Terms and Conditions.
Not confirmed. Licence number 0000087, printed in the footer, could not be checked against anything, because the Tobique register publishes company name, expiry date and licence type and nothing else. No account was opened and no withdrawal requested, so nothing here is a measured payout. Support response time is unmeasured, the lobby was not counted, and the launch year of the brand is stated nowhere.
Then the disagreements. Five claims here are contradicted by another page on the same site.
| What 30Bet advertises | Where | The document that disagrees |
|---|---|---|
| A welcome package worth 1,000 euro | en-LL welcome page | The same sentence offers a second stage at 500 euro and at 200 euro |
| Withdrawals are instant | Cashier, five of six rows | Help centre says up to three working days; clause 4.9 says a decision in 24 hours |
| Card withdrawals exist | Help centre article | The public withdraw table lists six methods and no card |
| Operator and licence in the footer | en-UN footer | The en-LL footer carries neither, and no terms link |
| Telephone support around the clock | Home page | No number on any page we reached |
Reputation and licensing, 7.3
30Bet is operated by RegalTech Solutions Limitada, registration number 3-102-924841, San Pedro, Barrio Dent, San Jose, Costa Rica, under the Tobique Gaming Commission and licence number 0000087. We checked the regulator, not the badge. The commission’s validation page returns the company, the address, www.30bet.com and a status of Valid, and its licence holder list carries the same company as a B2C holder expiring 17 July 2027. Two regulator sources, and they agree.
That is a better result than most offshore brands manage, and it is worth saying plainly. It is also where the checking stops. The Tobique list has three columns: company name, expiry date, licence type. No numbers. No domains. So 0000087 is a claim you cannot test.
The Tobique Gaming Commission operates under the Tobique Gaming Act 2023 on behalf of Tobique First Nation, in New Brunswick, Canada. Which produces the oddest line in the terms. 30Bet bars players located in New Brunswick. The regulator’s own territory is one of the places its licensee will not take a bet.
One more deduction, and it is not the regulator’s fault. Read this site through its en-LL storefront and the footer loses the operator name, the company number, the licence line and the link to the terms. Same brand, different disclosure.
Payments and payouts, 7.5
30Bet accepts deposits through 15 methods and pays withdrawals through six, and publishes a floor and a ceiling for every row. Deposits start at 10 euro, 15 on crypto, and stop at 5,000, except CASHlib at 1,000. Withdrawals start at 20 euro and stop at 10,000. That floor against a 10 euro deposit floor is the tightest gap we have catalogued.
| Direction | Methods | Minimum | Maximum | Stated speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit | 15, cards and wallets and crypto | 10 euro, 15 on crypto | 5,000 euro, 1,000 on CASHlib | Instant on every row |
| Withdrawal | 6, no card among them | 20 euro | 10,000 euro | Instant on five, one to three days on transfers |
Nine deposit routes have no matching exit. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard, Neteller, Rapid Transfer, flexepin and CASHlib take money in and send none back, even though clause 4.3 says withdrawals return through the method the deposit came from. A help centre article then says the card option comes back after a fresh card deposit, which the cashier does not offer.
Clause 4.10 is the part to read before a good night. Ceilings run 10,000 euro a day, 25,000 a week, 100,000 a month, and any single win of 20,000 euro or more may be split into instalments with no interest on the balance held back. The withdraw table, meanwhile, prints the bank transfer ceiling as 10,0000 EUR. One digit too many, uncorrected, on the slowest row.
Fees are thin: none on withdrawals, 50 euro per reminder after a chargeback, 5 euro a month once an account sits unused for 12 months.
Bonuses, 6.9
30Bet runs a small promotional calendar built around cash rather than bonus funds, and that instinct is right. Seven offers were live on 18 August 2026, among them Cashback Royale, a weekly live casino cashback, a weekend free bet and two tournaments with 5,000 euro pools. The welcome offer is where the documentation falls apart.
On the storefront we read, the package pays 100% up to 100 euro on deposit one and 50% up to 200 euro on deposit two, from 20 euro a stage. On a second storefront the same offer is headlined at 1,000 euro and its second stage is described, in one sentence, as a 50% bonus up to 500 euro and a 50% bonus up to 200 euro. Both figures. One line.
Neither welcome page states a wagering multiplier, a maximum bet or an expiry. Those sit in the bonus terms: 40x the bonus up to 100%, 50x above 101%, a 4 euro cap per bet or 0.40 per line, 30 days to clear. Wagering on the bonus alone beats the deposit plus bonus basis at Nords Casino and FoggyBet.
Then the clause that changes the arithmetic. Your own deposited money is always staked before bonus money, and only bonus money bets count towards the requirement. Deposit 100 euro, take 100 in bonus, and the first 100 euro of play is not progress. It is the entry fee.
Bonus funds are slots only. Table games and video poker count nothing, feature buy is banned while wagering, and 215 named slots are barred outright, Aviator and both Plinko titles among them. Cashback Royale is the better product here by a distance: 10% rakeback on casino turnover in real time, plus 6% of net daily losses to a 1,000 euro cap, no wagering. It has to be switched on from the rewards page, and that page names no qualifying games and no reset period.
Bonus maths, in euro
30Bet sells a match percentage on the promotion page and prints the turnover nowhere near it. Below is the first stage of the casino welcome offer at three deposit sizes, run through the 40x multiplier and the 4 euro bet ceiling that only the bonus terms carry. The last column is what you stake before the requirement starts counting.
| Deposit | Bonus at 100% | Wagering base | Turnover at 40x | Spins at the 4 euro cap | Deposit staked first |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 euro | 20 euro | 20 euro | 800 euro | 200 | 20 euro |
| 100 euro | 100 euro | 100 euro | 4,000 euro | 1,000 | 100 euro |
| 500 euro | 500 euro | 500 euro | 20,000 euro | 5,000 | 500 euro |
Take the middle row. Deposit 100 euro, receive 100 euro, and 4,000 euro of slot turnover stands between you and a withdrawal. At the 4 euro ceiling that is 1,000 spins as a floor, and it starts only after your own 100 euro has gone through the reels without counting.
Set that against a plain 100% up to 200 euro at 25x on bonus only, a common shape on Malta sites. A 100 euro deposit there owes 2,500 euro, and every spin counts from the first. 30Bet asks 1.6 times the turnover and a funded warm up first. How wagering requirements work explains why the basis beats the headline, and max bet rules and voided wins covers a breach of the 4 euro ceiling.
Terms decoder
Four rules across the 30Bet documents decide how a session ends, and not one appears on a promotion page. Two sit in the bonus terms, one in the withdrawal clauses, one in the betting rules. Each is paraphrased below in our own words, with the result underneath.
Deposit funds are spent first, bonus terms, deposit and reload section. Your own money is always staked before bonus money, and only bonus money bets count towards wagering. Consequence: the wagering clock does not start until your deposit is gone, so a 100 euro deposit funds a run that earns you nothing towards the requirement.
Slots only, bonus terms, casino section. Bonus funds cannot be used on table games, video poker or any non slot category, and 215 named slots are excluded on top. Consequence: a blackjack session on bonus funds is not slow progress, it is no progress, and the winnings can be voided.
Instalments above 20,000 euro, clause 4.10. A single win of 20,000 euro or more may be paid in parts until it clears, with no interest on what is held back. Consequence: a five figure win is a payment plan, paced by the 10,000 euro daily ceiling.
Stake limits set without notice, betting rules 2.5 and 2.6. The sportsbook sets your maximum stake per event and per market, may impose account specific limits without notice or explanation, and may refuse a bet without a reason. Consequence: a winning bettor can find their stake cut to single figures with nothing in writing to appeal against.
Games, 8.3
30Bet splits its lobby into a casino section with a 50 studio provider filter and a live section with four. We counted both filters on 18 August 2026. The slot side is wide: Yggdrasil, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Endorphina, Novomatic, AvatarUX, Peter and Sons, Fantasma Games, Gaming Corps, Print Studios and 3 Oaks all appear, next to a long tail most players will not know, Delulu, Shady Lady and Toucan Royale among them.
Visible titles include Pirots 5, The Dog House Megaways 1000, Big Bass Splash and Le Pharaoh. Categories cover popular, new games, bonus buy and table games, plus an early access shelf of five.
The absences say as much. No NetEnt, no Play’n GO, no Nolimit City, no Push Gaming, no Big Time Gaming, no Red Tiger. Fifty studios deep, and missing six of the ten names a slot player looks for first.
The live floor is the weak point. Four studios: Playtech, CreedRoomz, Pragmatic Play and EEZE. No Evolution tables. Roulette, baccarat and blackjack run in English, Spanish and Portuguese, which suits a player who does not care whose wheel it is and disappoints anyone who does.
We did not count the games. The page title claims more than 4,000, and no total appears here because repeating an operator’s own figure is marketing, not reporting. No tile prints a studio name, so the filter is the only route to who built what.
Customer support, 7.9
30Bet offers live chat from a widget on every page, email at support@30bet.com, and a hosted help centre with nine categories. We did not test the chat, and no response time is claimed here because we did not measure one.
The help centre is the reason this score is not lower. It answers the questions that matter, in writing, before you register: why a withdrawal shows as pending, how long money takes to arrive, what to do when the card option vanishes from the withdraw page. Two of those articles quantify a payout window. The Nords Casino FAQ runs to 13 questions and does not mention payments once.
The home page promises support 24 hours a day by email, live chat and telephone. No telephone number appears in the footer, the terms, the help centre or any page we opened. A channel advertised and not reachable is worse than one not offered.
Support hours are stated once, in a marketing block, and nowhere in the terms. The site runs in English, Finnish and Norwegian, so a Nordic player gets a localised site and a desk of unstated language coverage. Good help centre. Undocumented desk.
User experience and responsible gambling, 7.5
30Bet documents five responsible gambling controls in clause 6: a deposit limit, a net deposit limit that works as a loss limit, a reality check, a take a break option and self-exclusion. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising one waits 24 hours. Balances stay in the account during exclusion and can be released through support, and clause 6.7 extends an exclusion to every brand the company runs if you ask.
That last point matters. Nords Casino says the opposite in clause 8.4, where an exclusion stops at the brand boundary.
The responsible gambling page does not keep up with its own terms. It lists four tools, deposit limit, take a break, self-assessment and self-exclusion, and never mentions the loss limit or the reality check that clause 6.1 promises. No session limit exists in either document. The organisations named are Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy, Dunlewey, Gamban and NetNanny, none a national helpline for a market this site serves in its own languages.
The site is quick, the cashier tables are readable, and the cookie banner offers a decline all button rather than burying it. No native app is documented. We did not test 30Bet on a handset, so this score reflects published tools, not behaviour. Read the terms, not the page.
Who this casino is for
The weekend football bettor. Bets the Premier League and Serie A on Saturdays, wants a 10 euro free bet and a cashout button. With reservations. The sportsbook is the front door and the free bet is real, but betting rules 2.5 and 2.6 let 30Bet cut your stake or refuse a bet with no reason given, and no maximum sports payout appears in 108,000 characters of rules.
The daily cashback grinder. Ignores welcome bonuses, plays steadily, wants a percentage back with no strings. Yes. Cashback Royale pays 10% rakeback in real time and 6% of daily net losses to a 1,000 euro cap, in cash, no wagering. Switch it on from the rewards page or it does not run.
The live dealer regular. Sits at blackjack most evenings and knows which studio runs the table. No. Four live studios, no Evolution, and bonus funds are void on every table game anyway.
How it compares
Against the two sportsbook led brands we have already reviewed, 30Bet wins on published limits and loses on documentation. The table runs on five attributes the three brands share, and the blanks are honest: where a figure was not confirmed on that operator, the cell points at the review rather than guessing.
| 30Bet | 21Bets | JP88 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Regulator | Tobique, domain validated | See review | See review |
| Wagering basis | 40x bonus only | See review | See review |

| Bonus weighting | Slots only, 215 titles barred | See review | Live bets only, baccarat at 0% |
| Withdrawal ceilings | 10,000 a day, published | See review | See review |
Our 21Bets review is the closer comparison, a sportsbook first brand whose maximum payout field sits empty. The JP88 review shows what a 0% live weighting does to a bankroll. Different failures, same root cause: terms written for the operator, not the reader.
Operator group and complaints route
RegalTech Solutions Limitada holds the licence and operates the site. No sister brands are named anywhere on 30Bet, and the Tobique list carries no domains, so the portfolio behind this company cannot be mapped from public sources. Clause 6.7 implies other brands exist by offering to extend a self-exclusion across them, without naming one.
Payments run through a second company. Petillant Solutions Ltd, company HE 476155, Nicosia, Cyprus, is the named payment agent. The entity on your bank statement will not be the brand on the website.
For a dispute, the route is documented and unusually specific. Clause 10 sends you to the operator’s complaints process first. Clause 10.5 names an independent dispute resolution service reachable by email, and clause 10.6 allows written escalation to the Tobique Gaming Commission with your name, the timeline and every earlier attempt attached. The commission is blunt: complaints sent through its contact form are not reviewed, and only those filed through the seal in a licensee’s footer are processed. Use the seal, not the form.
Country availability
30Bet prices in euro and runs its interface in English, Finnish and Norwegian, with account currencies in euro, Norwegian krone and Canadian dollars named in the bonus terms. The terms block 25 territories outright, among them the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Israel, Russia, the United Arab Emirates and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick.
Reaching the site is not the same as qualifying for its offers, and the cashier warns that the method list changes by country. One brand, two storefronts, two welcome offers, two footers.
For a domestic dispute route before an offshore one, our Ireland casino guide covers brands with local escalation, and the new online casinos list shows which of them opened most recently. If the sportsbook is the draw, Australian betting sites and paris sportif judge operators on odds and settlement. How to verify a casino licence walks through the check we ran here, our review method sets out the six weights, and how to choose an online casino is the general version.
If any of this stops being entertainment, our responsible gambling page carries no casino list and no affiliate links.

The verdict
30Bet runs on a Tobique Gaming Commission licence held by RegalTech Solutions Limitada, and the regulator's own validation page names www.30bet.com with a status of Valid. The casino welcome offer clears at 40x on the bonus alone, which reads well until you find the rule that spends your deposit first and counts none of it.
- Right for
- Weekend football bettors who want published withdrawal ceilings and treat the daily cashback, rather than the welcome bonus, as the reason to keep a balance here.
- Wrong for
- Live dealer regulars, because the live floor runs on four studios and Evolution is not among them.
Frequently asked questions
Is 30Bet legit and safe?
30Bet is operated by RegalTech Solutions Limitada, company 3-102-924841, in San Jose, Costa Rica, under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence. We opened the regulator's validation page on 18 August 2026 and it returned that company, www.30bet.com and a status of Valid. Tobique oversight is young, so treat the licence as real but light.
What is the 30Bet welcome bonus?
30Bet advertises a two part casino welcome offer. The storefront we read on 18 August 2026 offered 100% up to 100 euro and then 50% up to 200 euro, for 300 euro in total, on deposits of 20 euro or more. A second storefront advertises the same structure up to 1,000 euro.
What does the 40x wagering at 30Bet actually mean?
30Bet applies 40x to the bonus amount alone on offers up to 100%, and 50x on anything above 101%. Take a 100 euro bonus and you owe 4,000 euro of turnover. Your own deposit is staked first, and none of that play counts, which is the rule most people miss.
How fast does 30Bet pay withdrawals?
30Bet gives three answers. The cashier marks five of six withdrawal methods instant, the help centre says up to 80% are processed instantly and money can take three working days to land, and clause 4.9 promises only that a request is approved or denied within 24 hours. We tested none of it.
Can I withdraw to my Visa or Mastercard at 30Bet?
Not from the public cashier. The 30Bet withdraw table lists bank transfer, Revolut, Jeton, Skrill, MiFinity and crypto, and no card. A help centre article says the card option returns after a fresh card deposit, which is a different answer from the one the cashier gives. Plan on an e-wallet or a bank transfer.
What is the minimum deposit at 30Bet?
The minimum deposit at 30Bet is 10 euro on 14 of 15 methods, rising to 15 euro on crypto. The welcome offer needs 20 euro to qualify, in one single transaction, because the bonus terms say multiple smaller deposits do not add up to a qualifying one.
How does the 30Bet Cashback Royale work?
Cashback Royale pays 10% rakeback on casino turnover in real time and 6% of net daily losses, capped at 1,000 euro, and 30Bet states no wagering on either. You have to activate it from the rewards page first. The qualifying game list and the cap period are not published on the promotion page.
Which countries cannot play at 30Bet?
30Bet blocks Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Laos, Libya, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick.
Who owns 30Bet?
30Bet is owned and operated by RegalTech Solutions Limitada, registration number 3-102-924841, at Ofident Building, Office 3, San Pedro, Barrio Dent, San Jose, Costa Rica. Payments run through a separate agent, Petillant Solutions Ltd, company HE 476155, registered at Ploutarchou 3, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Does 30Bet charge a fee on an unused account?
Yes. After 12 months without a login, a 30Bet account with a real money balance becomes inactive and may be charged 5 euro a month. Logging back in stops the charge, and the terms allow a refund if you can show illness, connectivity failure or another reasonable cause kept you out.
