JP88 Review 2026: Zero Per Cent For Baccarat

What we verified and what we could not

JP88 is unusual among offshore brands in one respect and ordinary in another. The licence checks out against the licensor’s own record, down to the domain. The money side is a blank page.

Checked against a source. The Anjouan licence number in the footer, ALSI-202603036-FI2, returns a validation record naming 3-102-950412 LIMITADA, an address in Jaco, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, and jp88.io as the registered website, with an operating status of VALID and a page date of 18 August 2026. Bonus mechanics come from the Bonus Terms dated 29 April 2026 and from each promotion page. Account rules, withdrawal limits, fees and the restricted country list come from the general Terms dated 14 August 2026. The provider list comes from the site’s own product filter. The Baccarat category was counted by loading every page until the lobby returned “All content loaded”.

Not confirmed. We did not open an account and we did not test a withdrawal, so nothing here is a measured payout time. No payment method is named anywhere public, which means no minimums, no maximums, no fees per channel and no timings. Support hours are stated as 24/7 on the about page and nowhere else, and we did not test the live chat. Total game counts are not published and we did not count them. The launch year is not published either. The 2026 in the copyright line and in the licence number is the only dating available.

Two flat contradictions belong here rather than buried below. The live casino welcome offer is advertised at 350 USD on its banner and 375 USD in the text directly beneath it, and the Thai version of that page prints both figures on one screen. Second, and stranger, clause 22.6 tells players that once internal escalation fails they may complain to “our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.”. That is a Curacao sublicensor. The footer, the seal and the register all say Anjouan. Nobody drafting fresh terms invents a licensor that is not theirs, which suggests this document was inherited rather than written.

Reputation and licensing, 7.3

JP88 operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202603036-FI2, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 and administered by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. We opened the validator rather than trusting the badge. It returns 3-102-950412 LIMITADA as the licensed company, a Costa Rica registered address, and jp88.io in the registered websites field. Footer, seal and record agree.

That domain match matters more than it sounds. Anjouan seals are widely copied, and plenty of brands carrying one either do not resolve or resolve to a different operator. JP88 resolves to itself. The record also carries a compliance address on the playdium.online domain, the only public trace of anyone standing behind the Costa Rica shell.

Now the ceiling. Anjouan sets a low bar: no published player funds segregation requirement, no public enforcement register, and a complaints route running through the licensor’s own web form. The licensor states plainly that disputes from players in Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom or the USA fall outside its scope. The terms sharpen the imbalance. Clause 22.4 gives you three days from settlement to lodge a dispute. Clause 15.2 caps total operator liability at 500 US dollars or the value of the relevant bet, whichever is lower.

A verified licence with a matching domain earns 5.4. The three day complaint window keeps it there.

Payments and payouts, 5.5

JP88 publishes no cashier. Across every public page we reached on 18 August 2026, not one payment method is named. No card scheme, no e-wallet, no bank, no local Thai channel, no PromptPay, no crypto network. The help centre article How to Make a Deposit runs four steps and tells you to select your preferred currency without listing one. That absence is why this section scores where it does.

What does exist is rules without instruments. Clause 9.1 sets a minimum withdrawal of 10 US dollars per transaction, waived when you close the account. Clause 9.6 caps withdrawals at 10,000 US dollars per month and puts approvals on bank working days, Monday to Friday. Clause 9.4 requires payouts to return to the original method, with anything else at the operator’s discretion. Clause 5.9 allows any currency the site offers, converted at oanda.com rates.

That last row is the trap. Ask for untouched money back and clause 9.2 permits an 8% deduction framed as an anti money laundering measure. On a 200 US dollar deposit that is 16 dollars for doing nothing. Two indirect signals hint at what the cashier holds: the crypto welcome bonus requires a deposit “via any available crypto payment method”, and clause 8.3 refers to card processing. Neither names a brand.

Bonuses, 6.5

JP88 splits its welcome offer four ways instead of stacking it. Slots take 125% up to 200 US dollars at 28x, live casino 88% up to 375 US dollars at 35x, sport 100% up to 400 US dollars, and crypto 100% up to 888 USDT at 28x. Every one of them wagers the deposit and the bonus together, sets the qualifying deposit at 3 US dollars, and runs 30 days from activation.

The disclosure is better than the arithmetic. Each promotion page prints a worked example in its own terms: deposit 10, bonus 8.80, required wagering [10 + 8.80] x 35 = 658 USD. Operators at this tier normally leave you to work that out. Maximum bet while a bonus is live is 5 US dollars per round, free spin winnings cap at 50 US dollars, and no deposit winnings cap at ten times the bonus. For the deposit bonuses themselves, no maximum win cap is published anywhere, which is a point in JP88’s favour.

Then the weighting table, and the reason this section does not score higher. Slots and jackpot slots count 100%. Live roulette, dice and lottery count 20%. Crash, instant and arcade count 20%. Blackjack counts 10%. Baccarat, dragon tiger, sic bo and andar bahar count 0%.

Read that against clause 5 of the live casino offer, which counts only live casino bets. JP88 leads its live lobby with baccarat, runs 57 tables of it, and hands you a live bonus that baccarat cannot move by a dollar. The offer sends its own core audience to the roulette wheel.

Games, 9.3

JP88 runs one of the widest provider lists we have catalogued, and its own filter names every studio rather than hiding them behind a count. Slots pull from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Playtech, Pocket Games Soft, Relax Gaming, BGaming, Endorphina, Microgaming, Jili, Fa Chai, CQ9, JDB and 1spin4win. Live tables come from Evolution, Microgaming Live, WM Live, Sexy Live, Via Live and Choice Gaming.

We counted the Baccarat category rather than estimating it. Loading every page until the lobby reported all content loaded returned 57 live baccarat tables on 18 August 2026, Speed Baccarat, No Commission Baccarat, Fortune 6 and Sexy Baccarat among them. We did not count the full library, so this review quotes no total.

The detail worth borrowing is the RTP label. Every tile in every category prints one, from 92% on Pirate Jackpots to 99.99% on several baccarat tables. Titles on display include Gates of Olympus, Crazy Time, Sugar Rush, Mahjong Ways, Mega Ace and Big Bass Bonanza Megaways. Eight verticals sit in the top bar, fishing games and arcade games among them.

The gap is depth of evidence rather than breadth of names. Provider names come from a filter, not from a count of what each studio contributes, and the lobby paginates at 24 tiles behind a Load More button, which makes any total slow to establish and easy to overstate.

Customer support, 8.1

JP88 offers live chat through a widget pinned to the lower right of every page, plus email at support@jp88info.online. The about page states that the team is available 24/7. No telephone number and no postal contact appears anywhere. We did not test either channel on 18 August 2026, and we are not scoring a response time we never measured.

The help centre is the stronger half. Six sections cover game rules, a learning centre, tutorials, account functions, security and deposit or withdrawal, and unlike most sites at this tier it carries payment articles rather than skipping them. The security article, dated 16 April 2026, walks through password construction and Google Authenticator setup in enough detail to follow.

The weakness runs through the whole site. Those payment articles describe buttons, not methods. How to Make a Withdrawal tells you to open Wallet, then Withdrawal, then enter an amount, and never names one channel you could receive money through. Support hours are declared once, on a marketing page, and appear in no policy document. Five interface languages exist, so support presumably covers more than English. JP88 does not say which.

User experience and responsible gambling, 6.7

JP88 ships a complete front end and a thin protection layer behind it. Native iOS and Android apps are advertised alongside web and H5 builds. A dark and light theme toggle sits in the sidebar. Two factor authentication runs through Google Authenticator. The interface localises fully into Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Chinese and English, promotion terms included, which many operators leave in English only.

The responsible gaming page names deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, time out and self exclusion. It gives no range for any of them, no minimum period, no maximum, and no indication of where in the account they live. We could not confirm one without registering, so this review does not claim them.

Self exclusion is where the two documents come apart. The responsible gaming page describes suspending an account temporarily or permanently, with automatic reactivation once the chosen period ends. Clause 6.9 describes something narrower: an email to support from your registered address, effective within 24 hours, after which the account is disabled for 7 days. Seven days is a cooling off period, not an exclusion.

Signposting goes to BeGambleAware, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. All three are useful. None of them is Thai, on a site that ships a full Thai interface and lists Thailand as a region.

Bonus maths, in US dollars

Percentages are what JP88 advertises. Turnover is what you owe. Below is the live casino welcome offer at three deposit sizes, on the operator’s own basis of deposit plus bonus at 35x.

Those round counts assume every bet counts in full. On live tables the weighting table says otherwise. Take the middle row and clear it on roulette at 20%, and the 3,290 dollars of requirement becomes 16,450 dollars of actual stakes, which is 3,290 rounds at the ceiling. Clear it on blackjack at 10% and you are staking 32,900 dollars. Clear it on baccarat and the counter never moves.

Now compare it with the offer two tiles away. The crypto welcome bonus pays 100% up to 888 USDT at 28x, and its clause 5 lets slots, live casino and sports all contribute. Deposit 100 USDT there and you owe 5,600 USDT of turnover on a 100 USDT bonus, across the whole site. Deposit 100 US dollars on the live casino offer and you owe 6,580 dollars on an 88 dollar bonus, on one product whose biggest category is weighted at nothing.

Terms decoder

Four clauses in the JP88 terms decide money rather than gameplay, and none of them appear on a promotion page.

Unwagered withdrawal fee, clause 9.2. No commission applies provided you have wagered the deposit at least once. Otherwise the operator may deduct 8%, minimum 4 US dollars, described as an anti money laundering measure. Consequence: money that goes in and comes back out untouched loses 8% of itself, so a deposit made by mistake is expensive to reverse.

Three day dispute window, clause 22.4. Disputes must be lodged within three days of the wager being decided, and no claim is honoured after that. Consequence: a settlement error you notice the following weekend is already out of time, and the clause reads as an absolute bar rather than a guideline.

Liability ceiling, clause 15.2. Total aggregate liability is limited to the value of the relevant bet or 500 US dollars, whichever is lower. Consequence: if a fault on the operator’s side costs you a 5,000 dollar balance, the contract caps the remedy at 500.

Inactivity fee, clauses 7.1 to 7.3. After twelve consecutive months without a login or a bet, the operator charges 5 US dollars a month while the balance stays in credit, and once the balance falls under 5 dollars the fee takes what is left. Consequence: a forgotten account holding 40 dollars is empty eight months after charging starts. Clause 7.2 does promise notice in month eleven.

Who this casino is for

The baccarat regular. Plays Speed Baccarat most evenings, sizes bets by the shoe, treats bonuses as a small extra. No. JP88 runs 57 baccarat tables and weights all of them at 0%, so every promotion here is decoration for this player. The rebate advertised on the home page may suit better, but its terms are not published where we could read them.

The USDT depositor. Funds in stablecoin, moves between slots and the sportsbook, wants one wagering requirement rather than four. Yes. The 888 USDT offer at 28x is the only route where slots, live tables and sports all count, and our crypto payments guide covers what settlement looks like.

The Thai mobile player. Reads the site in Thai, plays on a phone, wants a local payment channel and a local helpline. With reservations. Interface, promotion terms and help centre all localise properly, which is real work. The cashier names no Thai channel, and the three helplines listed are British and international.

The Nords Casino review covers a brand with a twelve year Malta licence and a cashout list you can read before depositing, the opposite trade to this one. Our 1xSlots review is the closer match on catalogue breadth and on the missing cashier, and it scores higher mainly because its wagering runs on the bonus alone.

Operator group and complaints route

JP88 names one company and hints at another. The footer and the Anjouan record both give 3-102-950412 LIMITADA, registration number 3-102-950412, at Pastor Diaz Avenue, East side of the Municipality, Garabito, Jaco, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. A Costa Rica numbered company on an Anjouan licence is a common structure and says nothing about who runs the brand. The validation record’s compliance contact sits on the playdium.online domain, the only visible thread to a wider group. No sister brands are named on the site or on the licence record.

The escalation path is where the paperwork contradicts itself. Clause 22.1 sends questions to customer service. Clause 22.5 escalates unresolved disputes to management. Clause 22.6 then tells you to complain to “our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.”, a Curacao sublicensor rather than the regulator named in the footer. The licence JP88 holds is Anjouan, and Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. runs a File a Complaint route on its validation page, on condition that you exhaust the operator’s own process first and keep everything in writing.

Practical version. Complain to JP88 in writing inside three days, keep the transcript, and if that fails go to Anjouan rather than the company clause 22.6 names. The licensor also refuses disputes from excluded territories, so check that list before relying on this route.

Country availability

JP88 prices in US dollars and USDT, and restricts roughly fifty countries in clause 4.1.3. The list includes the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Malta, the USA and its overseas territories, plus Singapore, Taiwan and the Philippines. Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia are absent from it, and the site ships full interfaces in Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Chinese alongside English.

The licensor’s own exclusions overlap without matching. Anjouan lists Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, and adds all FATF blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. Where the two lists differ, the operator’s is longer.
