1xSlots Review 2026: Certificate And Register Disagree

What we verified and what we could not

1xSlots publishes a Curacao licence number that checks out on the regulator’s certificate portal and reads differently in the regulator’s own register. Both files are official. Both are dated. That gap sits under everything else here, so it goes first.

Checked against a source. Clause 1.2 of the terms names Orakum N.V., company number 141651, at Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03, Willemstad, as the operator of 1xslot.com under licence OGL/2024/586/0786. The certificate of operation on the regulator’s portal at cert.cga.cw repeats that wording, names the domain and reports the status as active. The online gaming licence register on cga.cw, dated 14 August 2026, gives the same licence an expiry of 28 March 2026 and the status Assessment in progress. Orakum N.V. is absent from the CGA enforcement register dated 10 July 2026, which names 31 companies whose licences were revoked or not extended. Bonus mechanics come from the four deposit bonus pages and section 9, withdrawal rules from section 3, responsible gaming from section 10.

Not confirmed. We did not open an account, so we tested no payout and measured no support response. 1xSlots publishes no cashier: no method lists, no minimum, no maximum, no fee schedule beyond clause 3. Support hours are not published. We did not count the games, so this review carries no total. The launch year is not published anywhere either, and the 2018 date in our quick facts is the earliest Internet Archive capture of 1xslots.com, dated 5 August 2018.

One flat contradiction belongs here rather than in a footnote. The first deposit page is headlined 150% and the bullet list four lines below states the bonus is worth 100% of your deposit, up to 300 euro. The registration window advertises 100%. Three surfaces, two numbers.

Reputation and licensing, 7.4

1xSlots operates under Curacao licence OGL/2024/586/0786, held by Orakum N.V., company number 141651. That much is not in doubt. The Curacao Gaming Authority runs a certificate portal at cert.cga.cw, and the certificate for this licence names 1xslot.com by domain, which is rarer than it should be under this regulator and is the strongest thing 1xSlots has going for it.

Then the register. The CGA publishes its online gaming licence register as a dated PDF, and the version dated 14 August 2026 gives OGL/2024/586/0786 an issue date of 28 September 2025 and an expiry of 28 March 2026, status Assessment in progress. The certificate portal gives a grant date of 28/03/2025 and a status of active. Two regulator files, two grant dates six months apart, one showing an expiry already five months past on the day we looked.

Worth saying plainly: the rows immediately above and below Orakum carry the same status and similar dates, so this reads as a renewal queue rather than something aimed at this operator. It is still unresolved, and the player is the one holding it.

The Curacao reform is the backdrop. The CGA states on its own site that the National Ordinance on Games of Chance took effect on 24 December 2024, that the Gaming Control Board is referred to as the Curacao Gaming Authority under it, and that the older offshore ordinance still applies through transitional provisions. What changed for a player is real. Licences go to the operator directly rather than being sub-let, and they sit in a public register with names, numbers and dates. What did not change is on the same site: the CGA does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers. Operator first, then its ADR body. The regulator is neither.

One detail we did not expect. Almost two years after the ordinance renamed the body, pages on cga.cw still carry browser titles reading Gaming Control Board, the licence register page included.

Payments and payouts, 5.4

1xSlots publishes no cashier. On 18 August 2026 no public page listed methods, minimums, maximums, per channel timings or fees, and the paths we tried returned 404. What exists is section 3, which sets rules without naming a single payment brand. That is why this section scores where it does.

What the terms confirm: withdrawal requests are accepted around the clock and can take up to seven business days. Crypto is supported, with TRON named as an example network and USDT used in the crypto promotion. On fiat accounts, crypto carries 2% in and 4% out. Withdrawals must return to the details the deposit arrived on.

That turnover line deserves its own sentence. Clause 3 lets the security service refuse a withdrawal where amounts are inconsistent with stakes placed, and fixes the permitted amount by reference to total bets reaching three times all deposits. No bonus needs to be involved. Deposit 200 euro, stake 300 euro, ask for the balance back, and the clause lets the operator say no. Bets on opposing outcomes in roulette, baccarat, craps and dice do not count towards that total.

We did not test a withdrawal. No number here is measured.

Bonuses, 6.2

1xSlots runs a four stage deposit ladder plus a crypto offer, a weekday calendar, a wheel, tournaments and cashback. The structural good news comes first. Wagering is bonus amount times the multiplier, so 40x means 40 times the bonus and not 40 times deposit plus bonus. Against the wider basis used elsewhere in this batch, that halves the work.

The rest is tighter than the headline suggests. Wagering must clear within seven days, only bets funded from the bonus balance count, and stakes above 5 euro contribute only 5 euro each. Only the Slots section counts. Live casino, the Games section, roulette, baccarat, blackjack and poker contribute nothing. No withdrawal is approved while a deposit bonus is active.

The ceiling is the part the banners never mention. Clause 9.2 and every deposit bonus page state that once wagering is done, remaining bonus funds move to the main balance up to the initial bonus amount, and anything above that is cancelled. Clear a 300 euro bonus with 900 euro on the bonus balance and 300 euro is what you keep.

The ladder, as published on 18 August 2026: 150% up to 300 euro from a 5 euro deposit, then 125% up to 400 euro, then up to 600 euro, then up to 700 euro, each at 40x in seven days. Crypto Boost pays 100% up to 300 USDT from 5 USDT at 35x in three days, and crypto accounts are barred from the fiat bonuses. Cashback carries no wagering and runs from 4% weekly at Copper to 11% daily at Platinum.

Then the number that does not match. The VIP club page promises up to 21% cashback. The published ladder in clause 9.7 tops out at 11%.

Bonus maths, in euro

Marketing sells the multiplier. Turnover is what you owe. Below is the 1xSlots first deposit bonus at three sizes, using the 150% on the banner rather than the 100% in the bullet beneath it.

Take the middle row. Deposit 100 euro, receive 150 euro, and 6,000 euro must go through slots inside seven days, which is 1,200 spins minimum at the 5 euro ceiling and far more in practice. Your upside is 150 euro, because the transfer cap equals the bonus. Clear the bottom row and you are staking 12,000 euro in a week to keep 300 euro.

Now the comparison. A plain 100% up to 200 euro at 25x on bonus only, a common shape on Malta sites, asks 2,500 euro of turnover for a 100 euro bonus and usually allows 30 days. Per euro of bonus, 1xSlots asks 40 euro against 25 euro there, on a quarter of the clock, with winnings capped at the bonus itself. The bigger percentage is the worse deal.

Terms decoder

Four clauses in the 1xSlots terms decide outcomes, and none of them appear on a banner.

Stake to deposit ratio, clause 3. A withdrawal can be refused where total bets do not reach three times all deposits. Consequence: depositing and then asking for the money back without playing it through is not a route this operator leaves open, bonus or no bonus.

Bonus transfer ceiling, clause 9.2. After wagering, only funds up to the original bonus amount move to the main balance and the excess is cancelled. Consequence: the most any deposit bonus can return is the bonus itself, which turns a 40x requirement into a break even exercise at best.

Bonus abuse by ratio, clause 9.5. Bonus funds equal to 70% of deposits across five to nine deposits, or 50% across ten or more, count as abuse, and the decision to confiscate is called final and binding. Consequence: a player who claims the four advertised deposit bonuses in sequence walks towards a ratio the operator has already labelled.

Inactivity block, clause 1.5. Three months without activity lets the operator block the account, and the block reaches every website associated with the company. Consequence: a small balance left alone over a quiet season needs a support ticket before anyone can touch it.

Games, 9.4

1xSlots carries the widest studio list in this batch. We read the slots provider filter on 18 August 2026 and counted 79 tiles, among them Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, NetEnt, PG Soft, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Big Time Gaming, Thunderkick, Red Tiger, Endorphina, Spinomenal, BGaming and Playson. Titles in the lobby included Le Bandit, Golden Empire 1000, Sweet Crumbs and Midway Joker.

The catalogue splits into Slots, Live Casino and a Games section holding crash titles, keno, dice and scratch cards. Live dealer runs through Evolution, which removes the usual worry about a second tier live floor.

Two caveats. The filter mixes studios with single game brands, since Aviator, Aviatrix and Zeppelin sit in it as though they were suppliers, so 79 counts filter entries rather than independent studios. And Pragmatic Play is not among those tiles, even though the first deposit bonus pays its free spins on The Dog House and credits them to Pragmatic Play by name.

The operator claims over 11,000 games from 100 providers on its about page. We did not count, so that figure appears nowhere else. Good list, unverified size.

Customer support, 7.8

1xSlots offers a live chat widget pinned to the lower right of every page, a support address at support@1xslot.com, a complaints address at complaints@1xslot.com, and a payment agent address. No telephone number is published. Operating hours are not published, and neither are the languages support covers, although the interface offers 25 language codes. We did not test either channel, and we are not scoring a response time we never measured.

What lifts this above a bare minimum is clause 14. The complaints procedure is written out properly: free to file, a six month window from the incident, acknowledgement within seven days, a decision within four weeks with one possible extension, and responsible gaming complaints prioritised for resolution inside five business days. Above 500 euro an unresolved case escalates to CADRE B.V., holder of ADR licence CGA/ADR/2025/01, at Scharlooweg 39, Curacao.

A documented route with names and deadlines is more than most Curacao brands publish. It is also the only thing standing between a player and a regulator that takes no individual complaints.

User experience and responsible gambling, 8.8

1xSlots runs the most complete responsible gaming toolset we have catalogued on a Curacao licence, and it is specific enough to check. Section 10, last updated 18 August 2025, sets out a cooling off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months, applied immediately and selectable by product category. Self-exclusion runs online without email or approval, takes a stated 15 minutes, and offers 1, 3, 5 or 10 years or lifetime.

Two things matter more than the menu. Self-exclusion is stated to apply across all of the operator’s platforms and domains, not only the brand you left. And an expired self-exclusion does not reopen the account by itself: a written request is required, and the original credentials are the only way back.

Deposit limits are daily, weekly or monthly. A reduction applies immediately. An increase waits seven days. A session timer stays visible while logged in. The operator also reserves the right to impose limits or exclude players itself where it sees markers such as deposit frequency or withdrawal reversals.

The gaps are honest ones. Only deposit limits exist, with no loss limit and no wager limit, and there is no reality check beyond the timer. The signposting names Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, GambleAware and Gambling Therapy without a helpline for any specific market, which for an Irish reader means no domestic number. We tested none of this on a phone.

Who this casino is for

The stablecoin depositor. Funds in USDT, wants a big slot catalogue, does not want a card statement. With reservations. Crypto accounts avoid the 2% and 4% conversion fees, Crypto Boost is the better shaped offer at 35x, and the studio range is wide. Read clause 3 before you send anything.

The player who wants a hard stop. Values shutting the door and having it stay shut. Yes. Self-exclusion here is immediate, irreversible for its term, covers the operator’s other domains, and needs a written request to lift. That beats what several Malta licensees in this batch offer.

The quick cashout player. Deposits, plays a little, wants the balance out the same week. No. No published minimum, maximum, method list or fee table, a declared window of seven business days, and clause 3 can demand stakes of three times your deposits first.

One persona is missing on purpose. 1xSlots sold no sports betting on the site we tested, so a bettor here is buying a casino only product.

The split is clean. Our Nords Casino review covers a Malta licence from 2013 attached to a cashier that names every method and limit, and a self-exclusion that stops at the brand boundary. 1xSlots reverses both. The exclusion travels, the cashier is invisible. If the question is whether you can see the payment rules before depositing, Nords wins. If it is whether the operator will hold an exclusion, 1xSlots does. The Vegasy review is the third point, where the register omits it.

Operator group and complaints route

Orakum N.V. is the licensee and the operator of 1xslot.com, and the CGA certificate names both. Payments run through Zavbin LTD, registration HE 400081, at Agias Zonis 22B, Limassol, and Maira LTD, registration HE 448572, at Vyzantiou 39, Nicosia, both named in clause 1.2 as payment agents acting for Orakum N.V. Neither Cyprus company holds the gambling licence. The licence sits in Curacao and the money route sits in the European Union, so a payment dispute and a gaming dispute can land in front of different people.

We could not tie 1xSlots to any wider operator group from a primary document. The terms name one licensee. The certificate names one licensee. The register names one licensee. Anything past that is inference, and inference is not what this section is for.

For a dispute the order is fixed. Raise it with support and keep the thread. If that fails, send the complaint form to complaints@1xslot.com within six months, with your account ID, the date and the evidence. Above 500 euro an unresolved complaint escalates to CADRE B.V. under ADR licence CGA/ADR/2025/01. Country availability

1xSlots forbids play from a named list of territories in clause 1.4: Australia, Curacao, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United States and its dependencies, the United Kingdom, Aruba, Bonaire and Saba. Ireland is not on that list, which is why this review is filed against the Irish market.

Land on a mirror and the certificate you would cite in a dispute does not name what is in your browser bar.
