Contact LSM99
Four different things arrive in our inbox, and they go to different places. Here is which is which.
Where to write, depending on what it is
Most messages we get fall into one of four kinds, and sending yours to the right address is the difference between an answer this week and an answer eventually.
Corrections and factual errors: contact@lsm99.gg, or editorial@lsm99.gg, which reaches the same desk and is the address printed at the bottom of every review. This is the one we prioritise. If a licence number on this site is wrong, a bonus figure is out of date, a payout window has changed or a page contradicts an operatorâs current terms, tell us and we will check it.
Operator and affiliate partnerships: partnerships@lsm99.gg. Commercial enquiries go here and only here. They do not reach the people who write the reviews, and that separation is deliberate. Read how we make money before you write, because it answers most of what a first email asks.
Data and privacy requests: privacy@lsm99.gg. Access, correction, deletion, objection and portability requests go to that address, and the privacy policy sets out what we hold, which is very little.
Anything else: contact@lsm99.gg, or by phone on +44 9512 125110.
Postal address, for formal notices: LSM99, 47 Triq il-Kbira, Birkirkara BKR 4112, Malta.
What to include in a correction
A correction we can act on in one pass beats three emails. Include the URL of the page, quote the sentence you think is wrong, and tell us what the correct position is and where you saw it. A link to the operatorâs own terms with the clause number, or to the regulatorâs register entry, gets it fixed fastest, because those are the same sources we used the first time.
You do not need to be polite about it and you do not need to be a professional. Readers spot things we miss, particularly on pages that have aged a few weeks while an operator quietly changed a limit.
What we do with an operatorâs complaint
Operators write to us too, and they get the same process as anyone else with one addition. If you are the operator and you tell us a fact on your page is wrong, we will check it against your published terms and the register, and if you are right we will correct it and log the change. That happens regularly and it is the system working.
What does not happen: a score does not move because the operator disagrees with it. The scoring method is published, the weights are fixed, and the section scores follow from what the public pages say. If you think a section score is wrong, tell us which fact behind it is wrong and we will look at the fact. A commercial relationship, current or offered, is not an argument, and it is handled at a different address by different people.
Our corrections policy sets out the full sequence and what a corrected page looks like afterwards.
What we cannot do for you
This is the part worth reading before you write, because it saves you time.
We are not a casino and we are not a regulator. We take no bets, hold no player funds, and have no access to any account anywhere. So we cannot release a withdrawal, unlock a balance, reverse a voided bonus, restore a closed account, lift a self-exclusion or make an operator answer you. We have no leverage over any operatorâs decision about your money.
If a licensed operator has refused you and its own complaints process is exhausted, the route is the regulator that issued the licence, and the review page for that brand names which regulator that is. If the register never confirmed the licence at all, which is the case for six of the twenty brands we have reviewed, there may be no meaningful route. That is precisely why those six reviews say so in their first paragraph.
If you are in trouble with gambling itself rather than with an operator, please do not write to us first. The responsible gambling page carries no casino list and no affiliate links, only free and confidential help lines for every market we cover, and they are better placed to help than we are.
How long we take
Corrections get looked at within a few working days, and an urgent factual error, meaning a wrong licence number or a bonus term that could cost someone money, gets same-day attention where we can manage it. Partnership enquiries take longer and some go unanswered. Data requests are answered within one month, as the privacy policy states.
Every page on this site carries a named author, a named fact-checker and the date it was last checked, so you always know who to address and how old the information is.

Alana Hippensteele
Managing Editor since 2024
Alana Hippensteele is the Managing Editor of LSM99 and the person whose name sits behind the site's editorial standards. She has run the newsroom since 2024. The job is unglamorous and mostly administrative in the best sense: she assigns every casino review and market page, sets the brief for each writer, and signs off the final fact-check before anything goes live. Nothing publishes on LSM99 without passing across her desk. She owns the editorial policy, the scoring methodology and the corrections process, which means when a rating is wrong she is the person who has to answer for it.
