Why the wallet is the exit
A wallet is an account with a payment provider, funded from your card or bank, that a casino can credit as easily as it debits. That symmetry is the whole reason it dominates the payout side here. Fifteen of the twenty brands reviewed on this site take a wallet deposit and nine name a wallet on the way out, which is more than cards, bank transfers or any single coin. Nords Casino and FoggyBet go further and pay out to nothing else: twelve deposit methods each, four wallets out, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton. If you deposit by card at either, the wallet is not a preference. It is the only door.
MiFinity is the quiet winner of this batch, on thirteen deposit lists and nine payout lists. Neteller is the trap, on twelve deposit lists and only four payout lists. Picking the wallet that appears on both sides at your operator is a two minute check that saves opening a second account later.

One name, two legs, no exceptions

The clause that makes a wallet deposit cheaper
Here is a genuine, checkable advantage. Clause 6.8 at BoaBoa, Nomini and WinGaga keeps 10% of an unstaked last deposit, and 15% where that deposit arrived by card or bank transfer. Vegasy’s clause 11.6.1 withholds up to 20% of a withdrawal, 25% by card, where deposits exceed play. On both rules a wallet deposit sits in the cheaper half. Read that as a tiebreaker rather than a plan, because a 10% deduction is still a 10% deduction, and it is triggered by staking less than your deposits rather than by anything you did wrong.
Nothing else in the bonus terms cares which wallet you used. Wagering multiples, max bet caps and win caps apply to the balance, not the rail, and OnlyWin’s clause 9.3 can still take up to 10% of a withdrawal where turnover from the real balance sits under three times deposits. The wallet changes the deduction percentage in one clause at four brands. It changes nothing anywhere else.
What a wallet does not fix
It shortens the last leg and leaves the first two alone. Approval is still a human decision at a desk with opening hours: Nomini and WinGaga run 06:00 to 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday, under clause 6.15, and OnlyWin runs 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+3 with no completion time published at all. The ceilings still bite, with 21Bets and Astrozino capping 500 euro a transaction against a 100 euro floor, so a 2,000 euro balance is four requests.
