Short answer

BoaBoa Casino publishes no licence number, no operating company and no registered address anywhere on boaboa.com. The Curacao online gaming registry dated 14 August 2026 does not list the brand, and the MGA licensee register returns no match. The welcome offer is 100% up to 500 euro plus 200 free spins at 35x on deposit plus bonus.

Pros and cons

What works

  • Promotion clause 16 publishes the maximum win from the welcome bonus as ten times the bonus amount, and works it through with a euro example instead of burying it in a separate document
  • Promotion clause 11 states the wagering basis as 35 times the deposit and bonus together, which matches general clause 7.16 rather than contradicting it
  • Clause 6.11 publishes withdrawal ceilings by tier in 14 currencies, from 500 euro a day at entry level to 1,500 euro a day at the top
  • The FAQ answers seven separate verification questions, naming the documents, the 3 to 6 month age limit on proof of address, and a 24 to 48 hour turnaround once the file is complete
  • Clause 6.17 states that customer money sits in dedicated client bank accounts kept apart from operating funds
  • The sitemap listed 119 provider pages on 18 August 2026, Evolution, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Playtech, Novomatic and Big Time Gaming among them

What does not

  • No licence number, no regulator, no operating company and no registered address appears anywhere on boaboa.com. General terms version 1.11, dated 17 June 2026, runs to roughly 100,000 characters and names no regulator once
  • The Curacao Gaming Authority online gaming registry of 14 August 2026 lists 633 licensees and no BoaBoa entry. The MGA licensee register, refreshed at 22:08 on 18 August 2026, returns no match for the company its own URL checker attaches to www.boaboa.com
  • The responsible gaming page offers no deposit limit, no loss limit, no session limit, no reality check and no cool-off. Self-exclusion means emailing support and asking for the account to be shut
  • Clause 3.7 voids your whole balance if you close the account while it holds money or a pending withdrawal request
  • Clause 6.8 keeps 10% of your last deposit, or 15% when the deposit arrived by card or bank transfer, if that deposit has not been staked once
  • Maximum bet with an active bonus is 100 euro in promotion clause 10 and 5 euro in general clause 7.19, and neither document acknowledges the other

What we verified and what we could not

Two things about BoaBoa Casino are unusual, and they run in opposite directions. The bonus rules are written with a precision most operators avoid, down to worked euro examples of the win cap. The licensing disclosure does not exist at all. Not thin, not buried, not out of date. Absent.

Checked against a source. Bonus mechanics come from the welcome offer page and section 7 of general terms version 1.11, dated 17 June 2026. Withdrawal ceilings, the dormancy fee, the rollover commission and the closure rule come from section 6. Verification triggers come from clause 5 and seven FAQ entries. Excluded jurisdictions come from clause 2.3, the provider count from the sitemap. The missing licence was checked three ways: the Curacao online gaming registry dated 14 August 2026, the Curacao enforcement register dated 10 July 2026, and the MGA licensee register and URL checker on 18 August 2026.

Not confirmed. We did not register, so nothing here is a measured payout time. Payout methods are not published, so this review lists deposit logos and no withdrawal list. Minimum withdrawal and support languages are not published either. We did not count the games, so this page carries no total. The operating company remains unknown, which is the finding rather than a gap in our work.

One contradiction sits at the centre of the bonus rules. Promotion clause 10 sets the maximum bet with an active bonus at 100 euro. General clause 7.19 calls any bet above 5 euro promotion abuse. Both were live on 18 August 2026 and neither mentions the other.

Reputation and licensing, 4.9

BoaBoa Casino names no regulator, no licence number, no operating company and no registered address. That is not an oversight in one corner of the site. The footer carries a copyright line, an 18 plus badge and nothing else. The about page describes anti money laundering procedures without saying who runs them. General terms version 1.11, dated 17 June 2026 and roughly 100,000 characters long, contains the word licence exactly once, in a list of acceptable identity documents.

So we went to the registers. The Curacao Gaming Authority online gaming registry dated 14 August 2026 lists 633 licensees and no BoaBoa entry. The enforcement register dated 10 July 2026 does not mention the brand either, so this is not a revoked licence. It is an absence.

Malta produced something stranger. The MGA URL checker, queried on 18 August 2026, reports boaboa.com as not found in the licensee database, then offers one closest match: a company called Romix Limited, listed against http://www.boaboa.com. Its seal returns a status of Approved. The MGA licensee register, refreshed at 22:08 the same evening, returns no result for Romix at all. Two tools from one regulator, two answers.

Here is the detail that stayed with us. The privacy notice, otherwise a competent piece of data protection drafting, says the operator of this website is the data controller of your personal data. It never says who that operator is. A document written to tell you who holds your passport scan, your bank statement and your source of funds declines to give a name, then refers in passing to obligations under “our license”.

Clause 14.1 completes it: disputes are settled in accordance with the applicable law. No country, no court, no jurisdiction.

A score of 4.9 is not an accusation. It is what remains when every structural signal a review can check has been checked and none returned anything.

Payments and payouts, 5.9

BoaBoa Casino shows 20 payment logos in the footer and publishes no cashier page, no method limits and no minimum withdrawal. Deposits are advertised through Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Klarna, MiFinity, Zimpler, Blik, Interac, bank transfer and four cryptocurrencies. Which of those pay money back is stated nowhere public.

Ceilings are published. Clause 6.11 sets withdrawal limits by tier in 14 currencies.

TierPer dayPer monthCashback
Entry500 euro7,000 euro0%
Second500 euro10,000 euro0%
Third800 euro12,000 euro5%
Fourth1,000 euro15,000 euro10%
Top1,500 euro20,000 euro15%

The tiers carry two sets of names. Clause 6.11 calls them Bronze, Classic, Silver, Gold and Elite. The VIP page calls them Tourist, Explorer, Fisherman, Minister and Diamond, prints the same monthly figures, and drops the daily column. The daily column binds.

Work it through. Hit the ten times cap on a 500 euro deposit and you hold 5,000 euro. At the entry tier that is ten daily requests, three of which may be pending at once, spread over two calendar months because 7,000 euro is the monthly ceiling. Clause 6.15 adds a second brake: each request is worked within 3 business days of the request, or 3 business days after the last payout cleared, by staff on shift 06:00 to 17:00 GMT on weekdays. Nobody has to call this a payment plan for it to behave like one.

No processing time has been measured here. Only declared.

Bonuses, 6.7

BoaBoa Casino advertises 100% up to 500 euro plus 200 free spins on a first deposit of 20 euro or more, and the promotion page is unusually straight about what that costs. Clause 11 puts wagering at 35 times the deposit and bonus together. Clause 13 gives you 10 days. Clause 16 caps the amount released from the bonus at ten times the bonus, with a worked euro example. Most operators bury that last number elsewhere.

The free spins keep you coming back rather than paying you. Twenty land per day for 10 days, each batch dies 24 hours after it appears, and their winnings carry 40x wagering. Clause 17 caps free spin winnings at 100 euro for any offer above 50 spins. Two hundred spins, one hundred euro ceiling.

Weighting is where the offer gets expensive. Slots, scratch cards and keno contribute 100%. Live games, video poker and Plinko contribute 10%. Table and card games contribute nothing, and jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus funds at all. Clause 7.9 lists roughly 45 excluded titles worth zero, Dead or Alive 2, Starburst XXXtreme, Aviator and Jack and the Beanstalk among them.

Two further rules bite early. Clause 8 disqualifies Skrill and Neteller deposits from the offer. Clause 7 voids the bonus if you request a withdrawal after activating it. Clause 9 is blunt: cancel an active bonus and the whole bonus balance goes with it.

The best value here is not the welcome offer. It is the weekly cashback, 5% to 15% of net losses at 1x wagering, restricted to the top three tiers most players never reach.

Bonus maths, in euro

Percentages sell. Turnover is what you actually owe. Here is the first deposit offer at three deposit sizes, using the published 35x basis and the ten times cap from clause 16.

DepositBonus at 100%Wagering baseTurnover at 35xMax release at 10xSpins at 5 euro
20 euro20 euro40 euro1,400 euro200 euro280
100 euro100 euro200 euro7,000 euro1,000 euro1,400
500 euro500 euro1,000 euro35,000 euro5,000 euro7,000

Take the middle row. Deposit 100 euro, receive 100 euro, and 7,000 euro must go through the reels inside 10 days. That is 700 euro of turnover a day for a bonus worth 100 euro. At the 5 euro ceiling in clause 7.19 it is 1,400 qualifying spins minimum, and volatility pushes the realistic figure much higher. The bottom row demands 3,500 euro a day for a reward capped at 5,000 euro, which then leaves 500 euro at a time.

Compare the site’s own weekly cashback: 15% of net losses at 1x wagering, capped at 3,000 euro. Lose 1,000 euro in a week at the top tier and 150 euro arrives needing 150 euro of turnover. The welcome bonus asks 7,000 euro to release 100 euro. Per euro received, the cashback is roughly seventy times cheaper to clear. The offer on the banner is the worst one BoaBoa runs.

Terms decoder

Five clauses in the BoaBoa Casino terms decide outcomes, and none of them appear on a promotional page.

Unwagered deposit commission, clause 6.8. Stake less than you deposited and the operator may cancel all winnings and keep 10% of that last deposit, or 15% when it arrived by card or bank transfer. Consequence: deposit 200 euro by card, play 50 euro of it, ask to leave, and it costs 30 euro plus any winnings.

Closure with a balance, clause 3.7. An account can only be closed if it holds no balance and no pending withdrawal. Ask to close one that does and the terms void all funds on it. Consequence: the exit from a site you no longer trust is the route that empties your account.

Third party funds, clause 9.1. Using any card, payment method or funds that are not yours is a material breach. Consequence: a deposit from a partner’s card risks the whole balance under clause 9.4, and that clause also permits closure of your accounts at every partner site on the platform.

Discretionary abuse review, clause 9.3. The operator may review betting activity and, at its sole and complete discretion, deem it abusive. Clause 7.19 supplies examples that catch ordinary play: bets above 5 euro, switching to a higher weighted game after a win, roulette bets covering 24 or more of 37 numbers. Consequence: a rule sold as anti fraud also covers a player raising their stake after a good spin.

Inactivity fee, clause 6.18. After 180 days without a login the account is inactive and may be charged 5 euro a month, at a rate the operator can change without notice. Consequence: a forgotten account holding 40 euro empties inside eight months.

Games, 8.9

BoaBoa Casino runs one of the widest studio lists in this batch. The sitemap listed 119 provider pages on 18 August 2026, including the names that matter: Evolution for live dealer, plus NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Playtech, Novomatic, Big Time Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Red Tiger and Playson. Categories cover slots, live casino, megaways, bonus buys, jackpots, table games and instant games, with a dedicated Gold Saloon live studio.

We did not count the games. No total appears here because we have not verified one, and repeating an operator’s own figure would be advertising rather than reporting.

The range carries this section’s score. Evolution alone puts BoaBoa ahead of plenty of brands at this end of the market.

One mismatch is worth flagging. Ten studio logos run along the bottom of every page, and four of them, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, ELK Studios and Quickfire, have no provider page among the 119. Treat that strip as marketing. Clause 15.2 then removes the NetEnt library outright for players in Australia, France, Canada and about 45 other countries.

Customer support, 8.3

BoaBoa Casino offers live chat through a widget on every page and email at a published address, and states on its contact page that the team is available 24/7. We did not test either channel and we will not score a response time we have not measured. No telephone number and no postal address appears anywhere on the site.

The FAQ is better than most. Seven questions cover verification alone and answer properly: which documents are wanted, how recent proof of address must be, how long the check takes, what happens when you cannot supply something. It reads like somebody had fielded those questions before.

Money is where it goes quiet. No FAQ entry covers withdrawal times, methods, minimums or the daily ceiling, the four things a player asks after a win. For those you open a 100,000 character terms document and hunt for clause 6.11.

Six is the score for support documented on identity and silent on cash.

User experience and responsible gambling, 4.3

BoaBoa Casino provides no responsible gambling tools. That is the finding, and it survives being read twice. The responsible gaming page carries a list of warning signs, three helpline organisations and a paragraph on parental filtering software. It offers no deposit limit, no loss limit, no session limit, no reality check, no time-out and no cool-off period.

Go through them one at a time, because a vague page and a missing toolset are different problems. Deposit limit: not offered, not mentioned, not described as available in the account. Loss limit: same. Session limit: same. Reality check: same. Cool-off: the page says you can contact support and “we will exclude you for a while”, with no minimum, no maximum and no way to set one. Self-exclusion: an email to support, after which the account closes as soon as practicable. No register, no fixed term, no cooling off period before reversal, and nothing a player can set at 2am without waiting for an agent.

The page then reverses the duty of care. It makes the player responsible for declaring any other accounts they hold and for not opening new ones, promises only reasonable efforts to prevent them, and disclaims responsibility for losses on those accounts. Clause 3.8 repeats it word for word.

That answers the sister brand question. Exclusion does not carry across, because there is no mechanism to carry. Clause 9.4 shows the operator can close an account across every partner site on its platform when it suspects fraud. The same reach is not offered to a player asking to be kept out.

Clause 3.7 closes the trap. Closing an account requires a zero balance and no pending withdrawal, and doing it with money inside voids the money. A player walking away mid session must choose between their balance and the exit.

Three helpline links do not replace a deposit limit field.

Who this casino is for

The studio browser. Comes for Evolution tables and the Hacksaw catalogue, plays a fixed amount monthly, never claims a bonus. With reservations. The library is real and the 500 euro daily ceiling will not bite at small stakes. The missing licence still leaves no regulator to appeal to.

The cap counter. Reads promotion clause 16 first, works out that 100 euro of bonus needs 7,000 euro of turnover in 10 days, and asks whether the maths clears. No. Weighting kills table play, the excluded list removes about 45 popular titles, and the 10 day window puts the 500 euro tier out of reach for most bankrolls.

The player who needs a brake. Wants a deposit limit set before the first deposit, or an exclusion that holds without asking permission. No, without qualification. BoaBoa Casino has no tool of any kind, exclusion runs through an email queue, and closing an account with money in it forfeits the money.

How it compares

Set against two brands we have reviewed, BoaBoa Casino wins on studio range and loses the argument that matters.

The Nords Casino review covers a brand with a worse cashier and a twelve year old Malta licence we confirmed on the regulator’s register. Nords will not let you withdraw to a card; BoaBoa will not tell you who it is. Our FoggyBet review runs on the same Malta licence, which is exactly the paperwork BoaBoa lacks.

Operator group and complaints route

BoaBoa Casino gives no group information, yet the terms confirm a group exists. Clause 9.4 reserves the right to close your account “with the Website and all other partner websites on our platform”. A multi brand platform, described without a single brand being named. The affiliate programme in the footer promotes casino and sportsbook brands and names no company either.

The complaints route is short. Clause 13.1 sends you to the support inbox. If that fails, clause 13.4 tells you to write to a dedicated complaints address from your registered email with your username, dates and a summary, and a committee answers within 10 days under clause 13.7.

Clause 13.8 is where it stops being a regulated process. If that answer does not satisfy you, the terms point at a commercial complaints portal run by a private website rather than an alternative dispute resolution body appointed under a gaming licence. No regulator in the chain, no binding decision at the end. Before depositing, how to verify a casino licence walks through the check we ran here, and KYC checks explained covers what an operator may ask for.

Country availability

BoaBoa Casino prices in 21 currencies according to its FAQ, among them euro, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Polish zloty, Indian rupee and Thai baht. Clause 6.11 publishes withdrawal ceilings in only 14 of them, so your registered currency may have no published limit. Clause 2.3 excludes residents of the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, the United States and about ten more.

Ireland and Australia are both accepted, which is why this review sits on those two market pages. Readers weighing regulated options first should start with our Ireland casino guide or the new online casinos list, and Australian readers with Australian crypto casinos. Anyone here for the bonus should read how wagering requirements work first. Our review methodology sets out the six weights, and choosing an online casino generalises these checks.

If the exclusion question brought you here, self-exclusion schemes explained shows what a working scheme looks like. Our responsible gambling page carries no casino list and no affiliate links.

The verdict

BoaBoa Casino publishes no licence number, no operating company and no registered address anywhere on boaboa.com. The Curacao online gaming registry dated 14 August 2026 does not list the brand, and the MGA licensee register returns no match. The welcome offer is 100% up to 500 euro plus 200 free spins at 35x on deposit plus bonus.

Right for
Small-stakes players who want a wide studio list, deposit 20 euro at a time, and have decided they do not need a regulator standing behind the account.
Wrong for
Anybody who would want a named authority to complain to, or who expects to hold more than a few hundred euro on the site at once.

Frequently asked questions

Is BoaBoa Casino legit and safe?

BoaBoa Casino publishes no licence number anywhere on boaboa.com, and its general terms name no regulator. We searched the Curacao online gaming registry of 14 August 2026 and the MGA licensee register on 18 August 2026 and found no entry. Nothing here proves fraud. It does mean nobody independent is holding the operator to a standard.

Who owns BoaBoa Casino?

BoaBoa Casino does not say. No company name, registration number or registered address appears in the footer, the about page, the terms or the privacy notice. The privacy notice describes the data controller only as the operator of this website. The MGA URL checker attaches www.boaboa.com to a company called Romix Limited, which the MGA licensee register does not list.

What is the BoaBoa welcome bonus?

BoaBoa Casino offers 100% up to 500 euro plus 200 free spins on a first deposit of at least 20 euro. The spins arrive in batches of 20 a day across 10 days, and each batch expires 24 hours after it lands. Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify for the offer at all.

What does the 35x wagering actually mean at BoaBoa?

BoaBoa Casino applies 35x to the deposit and the bonus together, not the bonus alone. Deposit 100 euro, take the 100 euro bonus, and you owe 35 times 200 euro, which is 7,000 euro of turnover. The same multiplier on bonus only would be 3,500 euro. Live tables count 10% and table games count nothing.

Is there a cap on what I can win from the BoaBoa bonus?

Yes, and BoaBoa Casino states it on the promotion page rather than hiding it. Clause 16 caps the amount released from the bonus at ten times the bonus received. Free spin winnings are capped separately at 100 euro for offers above 50 spins, so the 200 spin package cannot pay more than 100 euro.

How fast does BoaBoa pay withdrawals?

BoaBoa Casino states in clause 6.15 that requests are worked within 3 business days of the request, or 3 business days after the previous payout cleared. Staff process them between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT on weekdays only. That is a declared figure. We did not open an account and we have not measured a payout.

How much can I withdraw from BoaBoa per day?

BoaBoa Casino caps withdrawals at 500 euro a day and 7,000 euro a month at the entry tier, per clause 6.11. The top tier reaches 1,500 euro a day and 20,000 a month. Only three withdrawal requests may be pending at once, so a five figure win leaves the site in slices over months.

Does BoaBoa have deposit limits and self-exclusion?

No deposit limit, loss limit, session limit, reality check or cool-off tool appears on the BoaBoa Casino responsible gaming page. Self-exclusion means emailing support and asking for the account to be closed. The page then puts the duty of declaring any other accounts on you, and disclaims responsibility for losses on them.

What documents does BoaBoa ask for and when?

BoaBoa Casino may request identity documents at any point, before or after a deposit or a withdrawal, under clause 5.2. The FAQ names a valid ID, proof of residence issued in the last 3 to 6 months, proof of payment method ownership and 1 to 3 months of transaction history. You get 30 days to supply them.

Which countries cannot play at BoaBoa?

Clause 2.3 of the BoaBoa Casino terms shuts out residents of the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, the United States and several more. Promotions are separately closed to Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia under clause 7.5.
