How to Get Your Money Out: Read the Cashier First

A withdrawal is not one event, it is a chain of clauses, and every link in that chain is published before you ever open an account.

Read the cashier, not the promotion page

A bonus is a decision you make once. The cashier is a set of rules you live under until the balance is gone, and it is fully published before you register at most of these brands. That asymmetry is the whole argument for reading it first.

Six numbers decide what a win is worth: the payout floor, the per transaction ceiling, the weekly or monthly cap, the fee on your method, the deduction the operator may apply at its discretion, and the dormancy charge on whatever you leave behind. None of them appear on a landing page. All of them appear in a clause.

What follows is those clauses in the order a cashier applies them, with the figures the twenty casinos reviewed on this site actually publish. The wider version of this check, covering licences and bonus terms too, is in how to choose an online casino.

The floor: a minimum that outruns the minimum deposit

Start with the smallest number, because it decides whether the money is reachable at all.

Five brands here publish a 100 euro minimum withdrawal against a 25 euro minimum deposit: 21Bets, Astrozino, FoggyBet, FoxyFlush and Nords Casino. That is a four to one gap written into the cashier. Deposit twice at the floor, lose a little, and the remaining balance cannot legally leave until it is played back up above 100 euro. The clause takes nothing. It just makes playing on the only available exit.

The other direction exists too. 30Bet sets 20 euro against a 10 euro deposit minimum. Nomini asks 10 euro on card, bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill and MiFinity. JP88 asks 10 US dollars under clause 9.1 and waives it on account closure, which is the correct handling of a stranded balance.

Then there is silence. Five of the twenty publish no minimum withdrawal anywhere: 1xSlots, Betico, BoaBoa, Drip Casino and SlotRoyals. Betico’s per method minimums exist only inside the account, which means you agree to them by depositing.

The ceiling: per transaction, per week, per month

A ceiling looks generous until you divide a realistic win by it.

StakePrix caps 1,000 euro a transaction on fiat and 2,000 on crypto, then clause 4.13 caps 2,500 euro a week and 10,000 a month, exceptions at management discretion. So a 5,000 euro win is a two week wait by design. SlotRoyals publishes 5,000 pounds in any 7 day period and 15,000 in any 30 days, in sterling, on a site that prices in euro. Immerion caps 500 US dollars per transaction under terms 7.1, so a four figure balance is a queue of requests.

Two brands print one number and mean another. Nomini’s cashier shows up to 5,000 euro per transaction while clause 6.11 caps VIP level 1 at 500 euro a day and 7,000 a month. WinGaga prints the same 5,000 and carries the same clause. Vegasy shows 2,618 euro per transaction on cards and roughly 43,600 on crypto, then terms clause 11.5.4 holds a new account to 1,000 dollars a day and 10,000 a month. When the cashier and the terms disagree, plan around the terms.

High ceilings are not automatically good news either. 30Bet publishes 10,000 euro a day, 25,000 a week and 100,000 a month, and then says wins of 20,000 euro or more may be paid in instalments. LugarBet says the same above 40,000 euro. Read the instalment sentence before you celebrate a jackpot. The arithmetic of caps against fees is worked through in why casino withdrawals are delayed.

Fees: the ones with figures, and the ones without

Named fees are cheap to plan around. Vegasy charges 5 percent on card payouts with a 3.50 dollar minimum and zero on every crypto rail. StakePrix charges 0 percent on all rails except Ripple at 3 XRP, Binance Coin at 0.000375 BNB and Tron at 2 TRX. FoggyBet’s FAQ names roughly 20 euro on bank transfers outside SEPA, on a method its own cashier does not offer for withdrawals. Six brands charge 50 on a chargeback: 21Bets, 30Bet, LugarBet, OnlyWin and SlotRoyals in euro, JP88 in dollars.

The expensive clause is the one with a percentage and no schedule. Nine of the twenty publish a deduction tied to unstaked deposits or low turnover. OnlyWin reserves up to 10 percent of the withdrawal under clause 9.3 where turnover from the real balance is under three times the deposit. BoaBoa, Nomini and WinGaga keep 10 percent of an unstaked last deposit under clause 6.8, or 15 percent if that deposit arrived by card or bank transfer. JP88 allows 8 percent with a 4 dollar minimum under clause 9.2. Drip Casino allows 10 percent, and up to 25 percent where it detects a risk free betting pattern. Vegasy’s clause 11.6.1 withholds up to 20 percent, 25 percent by card, where deposits exceed play. SlotRoyals stacks two: up to 8 percent where the 1x deposit rollover is unmet under clause 8.2, and up to 8 percent again on repeat withdrawals inside a rolling 30 days under clause 8.7.

Read the last one against the ceiling above it. Splitting a balance into several requests to respect a weekly cap is the behaviour clause 8.7 charges for.

And then Betico, which states that a withdrawal fee applies where the deposit turnover rule is unmet, at the operator’s sole discretion, with no figure published at all. A percentage you cannot calculate is not a fee, it is an exposure.

The same method rule, and who it traps

Anti money laundering practice sends money back the way it came, so most operators enforce a same method or same account rule. The problem is when the return leg does not exist.

1xSlots clause 3 returns withdrawals by the method the deposit arrived on. OnlyWin’s clause 9.3 says the same. Drip Casino pays back to the same instrument, with crypto payouts only where the deposit was made in crypto. That is coherent, provided the payout list covers the deposit list.

Frequently it does not. Of the fourteen brands here that publish both lists, twelve list fewer payout methods than deposit methods. Nords Casino and FoggyBet each accept twelve deposit methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard and bank transfer, and pay out to four e-wallets: Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton. FoggyBet’s clause 9.11.1 then states that withdrawals are remitted only to the same account the funds originated from. A card depositor cannot comply, cannot be paid to the card, and has to open a wallet that was never used for a deposit.

The rule has teeth in the other direction too. Nords Casino’s clause 9.6.1a allows voided winnings where funds arrive from somebody else’s instrument, so a partner’s card or a joint account is a forfeiture risk rather than an inconvenience. Six brands publish no withdrawal method list at all: BoaBoa, Immerion, JP88 and SlotRoyals hide theirs behind registration, and Betico and LugarBet publish no cashier of any kind.

The pending window, and what cancels a request

The pending window is an operator design choice, not a technical necessity, and its only real function is to let you put the money back into play.

SlotRoyals clause 8.10 is the sharpest example in this batch: funds in a pending withdrawal are not sequestered from the balance, and the request is cancelled automatically after a grace period of up to one hour if the balance drops below the amount requested. Keep spinning while you wait and the request disappears, with nothing to tell you it happened. At 21Bets, a verification request cancels anything pending, so the document email and the payout collide. BoaBoa allows a maximum of three pending withdrawals at once under clause 6.11, which matters when a 500 euro daily cap forces you to queue.

Closure clauses bite here as well. At several of these brands an account can only be closed with a zero balance and nothing pending, and asking to close an account that still holds money can mean the money is treated as forfeited. Withdraw first. Close second.

Approval is not payment

This is the sentence to look for, because it moves the goalposts without appearing to.

21Bets states up to 72 hours in clause 16.1, counted from the moment the payments department approves the request, and attaches no time at all to the approval step. Astrozino uses the same construction in clause 62.1. FoggyBet publishes 72 hours from approval and then adds e-wallet transit, with bank transfers at three to five banking days. Vegasy’s clause 11.5.11 adds up to 24 hours of checks before its clock starts, while its banking page says 1 to 3 days and clause 11.5.9 says 7 business days. Immerion’s terms 7.8 promise up to 72 hours and then add the words “but not limited”, which removes the promise.

Working hours are the other half. OnlyWin’s finance department runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+3, per clause 9.2, and publishes no completion time. Ritzo Casino puts both its KYC and finance desks in the same window, so its 24/7 support claim covers chat and not the departments that decide whether you are paid. BoaBoa, Nomini and WinGaga work requests between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. A Friday evening request sits until Monday at every one of them.

Six of the twenty publish no completion time on any public page: FoxyFlush, JP88, Nords Casino, OnlyWin, Ritzo Casino and SlotRoyals. FoxyFlush has a 13 question FAQ with no payment question in it.

What verification will ask for, and why documents fail

Verification is a licence condition, so the question is never whether it happens. The question is when, and that part is a business decision.

The thresholds are published where operators bother to publish them. Drip Casino requires identity documents at 1,250 dollars, with up to 48 further hours of transaction checks, demands verification above 2,000 dollars in deposits and a source of funds explanation above 10,000. 21Bets and Astrozino make verification compulsory once cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach 2,000 euro. SlotRoyals makes full verification compulsory at any withdrawal request, or once lifetime deposits pass 5,000 euro. FoggyBet publishes the full document list in advance, down to a 3MB file ceiling and proof of address dated within three months. Vegasy’s customer verification page names no document, no file format and no size limit.

Rejections are mechanical rather than personal, and each one costs about a working day because the resubmission joins the back of the queue. The usual causes are a cropped corner, glare across the machine readable line, an expired document, an address proof older than the operator’s window, a name that does not match after a marriage, a photo of a card instead of a statement, a screenshot instead of the original PDF, and heavy redaction that removes the name or date. Send original files. Do the upload on the day you register, when nothing is waiting behind it. The full document pack and the escalation timeline are in KYC checks explained.

Four rails, four different sets of rules

The method decides the fee, the floor and the number of parties involved after the operator has finished.

Cards. Slow on the way out and often penalised. Vegasy charges 5 percent on card payouts and nothing on crypto, and clause 11.6.1 withholds 25 percent by card where deposits exceed play. Clause 6.8 at BoaBoa, Nomini and WinGaga charges 15 percent on an unstaked card or bank deposit against 10 percent elsewhere. At Nords Casino and FoggyBet the card is not a payout option at all.

Bank transfer. The most predictable rail and the least fast. Drip Casino declares 0 to 24 hours on wallets and crypto and five banking days on bank transfer. StakePrix declares up to 4 banking days by wire against up to 24 hours on 14 of its 16 payout methods. Interbank settlement does not run at weekends, and neither do most of these finance desks. What a bank push looks like when there is no return leg is set out on iDEAL casinos.

E-wallets. Usually the fastest published leg, and frequently the only leg. FoggyBet and Nords Casino pay to four wallets and nothing else. FoxyFlush caps LuxonPay at 500 euro while its other rails get 1,000. Wallet transit sits on top of the operator’s window rather than inside it.

Crypto. Fast, cheap, and irreversible. Minimums are set per coin and can exceed the fiat floor: StakePrix asks 150 euro on Bitcoin, 100 on Ethereum and USDC, 30 on Tether, while Nomini and WinGaga ask 60 euro on Bitcoin and 20 on most other coins. 1xSlots charges 2 percent on crypto deposits and 4 percent on crypto withdrawals where the account is held in fiat, and declares up to seven business days. There is no chargeback and no dispute desk behind a confirmed transfer. The per coin detail is on crypto casino deposits and payouts.

The check we did not run, and the one you can

Every figure above came from a public page: a cashier, an FAQ, a terms document, a payment policy. No account was opened at any of the twenty brands. No deposit, no play, no withdrawal, and no payout was ever timed. Where an operator publishes a window, this site quotes it as the operator’s claim and says so. Where an operator publishes nothing, it says nothing is published. What that method covers and what it cannot reach is set out on how we review.

So the last step belongs to you, and it costs one minimum deposit. Fund the account, clear verification the same day, stake a small amount, then request the remainder on the method you deposited with. You are buying three facts: whether the published window holds, whether a fee appears that no page mentioned, and whether verification arrives as one clear request or four rejections.

Judge it on the worst plausible case. A cashier that pays quickly midweek and slowly across a weekend owns the weekend too. Start from the ranked casino reviews, where every payout figure is attributed to the operator that published it, and read the payments section before the bonus section.

How to read a casino cashier before your first deposit

  1. 1 Put the minimum withdrawal next to the minimum deposit Open the cashier page and the payments clause in the terms, then write both numbers on one line. A pass is a payout floor at or below the deposit floor. A fail is the gap 21Bets, Astrozino, FoggyBet, FoxyFlush and Nords Casino all publish: a 100 euro minimum withdrawal against a 25 euro minimum deposit. Four deposits of the minimum can leave you below the floor, and a balance under the floor only moves by being played.
  2. 2 Find the per transaction ceiling, then the weekly and monthly cap The per transaction figure is in the cashier. The real ceiling is usually in the terms, and the two often disagree. Nomini and WinGaga both print 5,000 euro per transaction while clause 6.11 caps an entry tier account at 500 euro a day and 7,000 euro a month. A pass is one set of figures that agrees across cashier, FAQ and terms. A fail is a cashier number the terms quietly override.
  3. 3 Divide the balance you hope to win by the smaller ceiling This is one line of arithmetic and it is the most useful thing on the page. StakePrix caps 2,500 euro a week and 10,000 euro a month under clause 4.13, so a 5,000 euro win is two weeks of requests. FoggyBet caps 1,000 euro a transaction, which turns a 4,800 euro balance into five separate requests. A pass is a payout you can complete in one or two goes.
  4. 4 Read the fee schedule, then look for the percentage that has no schedule Named fees are the easy part. Vegasy charges 5 percent on card payouts with a 3.50 dollar minimum and nothing on crypto. The clause that costs more is discretionary: OnlyWin reserves up to 10 percent under clause 9.3 where turnover from the real balance sits under three times the deposit. A pass is a fee you can calculate in advance. A fail is a percentage set at the operator's discretion.
  5. 5 Compare the payout method list against the deposit method list Both lists are on the same cashier page and they are rarely the same length. Nords Casino and FoggyBet accept twelve deposit methods each, including cards and bank transfer, and pay out to four e-wallets only. FoggyBet's clause 9.11.1 then says funds are remitted only to the account they came from. A pass is your own deposit method appearing on the payout side. A fail is a rule that cannot be satisfied.
  6. 6 Read the pending window and find out what cancels a request Some operators hold a requested payout inside your playable balance. SlotRoyals clause 8.10 does exactly that, and cancels the request after a grace period of up to one hour if the balance drops below the amount requested. At 21Bets, a document request cancels anything pending. A pass is money removed from play the moment you ask for it. A fail is a request that one bad spin can undo silently.
  7. 7 Verify before there is money to argue about Upload photo identity and proof of address on the day you register, while nothing is queued behind the check. Thresholds are published: Drip Casino requires documents at 1,250 dollars with up to 48 further hours of transaction checks, and 21Bets makes verification compulsory at 2,000 euro cumulative. A pass is a cleared account before your first withdrawal. A fail is a document loop that starts on the day you ask to be paid.

Where to apply this

Frequently asked questions

Which cashier number costs players the most?

The monthly cap, and it is the one nobody reads. A minimum withdrawal strands small change and a fee takes a slice, but a cap decides how long your own money stays inside a gambling product. StakePrix publishes 2,500 euro a week and 10,000 a month, SlotRoyals publishes 5,000 pounds in any seven days and 15,000 in any thirty, and BoaBoa publishes 500 euro a day and 7,000 a month at its entry tier. A five figure win against a four figure monthly ceiling is months of requests, with the remainder sitting one click from a slot.

Why can I not withdraw to the card I deposited with?

Because the operator accepts more rails than it pays out on, and cards are usually the first to go. Of the fourteen brands reviewed here that publish both lists, twelve list fewer payout methods than deposit methods. Nords Casino and FoggyBet take twelve methods in and pay four e-wallets out, so a card depositor has to open a wallet to be paid, then meet a same account rule that the wallet was never used to satisfy. Check the payout list before you fund anything. It is on the same page as the deposit list.

Does internal approval mean the money has left the casino?

No, and the wording usually admits it. 21Bets states up to 72 hours in clause 16.1 counted from the moment the payments department approves the request, and puts no time at all on the approval step itself. FoggyBet states 72 hours from approval, then adds e-wallet transit on top. LugarBet states 1 to 3 business days after documents are verified, approval alone at 2 days, and owes you notice of a delay only after 10. Approval is an internal status change. Settlement is a separate rail with its own clock.

What is a dormancy fee, and can it take my whole balance?

It is a monthly charge on an account you have stopped using, and eleven of the twenty brands reviewed here publish one. Most are small and flat: 5 euro a month after 180 days at BoaBoa and Nomini, 10 euro a month at 21Bets, FoxyFlush and Nords Casino, 5 US dollars a month after twelve months at JP88. Immerion is the outlier, charging 5 percent of the balance or 100 US dollars a month, whichever is greater, from six months of inactivity, with the balance confiscated at 48 months. Withdraw the balance, then close the account.

Did you actually withdraw money from these casinos?

No. No account was opened at any of the twenty brands, so there was no deposit, no play and no withdrawal, and nothing on this site was timed with a stopwatch. Every payout window quoted here is the operator's own published wording, attributed to the operator, taken from cashier pages, FAQs and terms. Where an operator publishes nothing, the review says nothing is published, and six of the twenty publish no completion time on any public page. The one exception is noted where it appears: SlotRoyals gave a figure in live chat on 19 August 2026.

Niels Zijp tests the cashier. At LSM99 he is the Payments and Withdrawals Tester, a role he has held since 2024, which means he runs money through an operator and times what happens: how long a deposit takes to credit, how long a verified withdrawal actually takes to land. He owns the payments sections of our reviews and the comparison pages that sit alongside them. When this site quotes a payout window, that figure came off his stopwatch. It is a measured number, not a promise repeated from a help page.
