Short answer

FoxyFlush operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202502014-FI1, held by Green Champions Leader SRL of Costa Rica and listed as Valid until 11 February 2027. The site quotes Maltese clauses, but no Malta licence covers it. Ten deposit methods, eight of them cryptocurrency. Eleven withdrawal methods. No payout processing time is published anywhere.

Pros and cons

What works

  • Licence ALSI-202502014-FI1 returns a status of Valid in the Anjouan public register, issued 12 February 2025 and expiring 11 February 2027, with foxyflush.com named among the 38 authorised domains, checked 18 August 2026
  • Eleven withdrawal methods against ten deposit methods, which is the only cashier on this software platform we have catalogued that pays out more ways than it takes money in
  • The Welcome Sports Bonus asks 6x on deposit plus bonus for a 100% match up to 100 euro, one fifth of the turnover the casino package demands for a comparable bonus
  • Eight cryptocurrency rails run in both directions at a 25 euro floor: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT on TRON and Ethereum, and USDC on Ethereum and Solana
  • Support hours are stated as 24/7 on both the contact page and the About Us page, with five languages named, and the two pages agree with each other
  • The provider filter at /casino/rng/brands carried 110 RNG studios when we counted on 18 August 2026, among them Endorphina, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Quickspin and Thunderkick
  • Dormancy under clause 6.2 stops at 10 euro a month with no two year escalation, which is a milder version of the identically numbered clause on Malta licensed brands running the same terms template

What does not

  • No card, no Apple Pay, no Google Pay, no Skrill, no Neteller, no paysafecard. The cashier showed ten deposit tiles on 18 August 2026 and eight of them were cryptocurrency
  • Minimum withdrawal is 100 euro against a 25 euro minimum deposit, and the per transaction ceiling is 1,000 euro, or 500 euro on LuxonPay, while deposits run to 5,000 euro
  • No withdrawal processing time is published on any public page, and the 13 question FAQ contains no question about deposits, withdrawals or bonuses at all
  • The page titled Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion Policy contains no self-exclusion procedure. Clause 5.2 of the general terms runs it by email, and the account reopens automatically if you do not reply within 24 hours
  • Bonus terms section D 1.2 caps a 125% bonus at eight times your deposit and a 150% bonus at six times, and no promotion page mentions either ceiling
  • The Welcome Crypto COMBO banner offers up to 1 BTC while clause 5 of the same page caps the bonus at 100,000 euro, two numbers that only agree at one exchange rate
  • The Anjouan licence obliges the operator to provide an independent dispute service and names none, so every escalation route we found leads back to the licensee's own inbox

What we verified and what we could not

FoxyFlush looks like a brand we have already reviewed, and the register says it is not one. Layout, promotion structure, clause numbering and the welcome package are shared with Malta licensed sites. The regulator is not shared. What follows separates what we confirmed from what we could not.

Checked against a source. The Anjouan public register, searched on 18 August 2026, returns Green Champions Leader SRL holding ALSI-202502014-FI1, status Valid, issued 12 February 2025 and expiring 11 February 2027, with foxyflush.com among 38 authorised domains. The site’s own seal validator returns the same company and number. Legal name, registration 3-102-917157, the San Jose address and the Cyprus payment processor all appear in the footer and match. Bonus mechanics come from the General Promotions and Bonus Terms dated 13 February 2026, method lists and limits from the public cashier read in euro, and the dormancy, chargeback and self-exclusion rules from the general terms, last updated 17 March 2025.

Not confirmed. We did not open an account and did not test a payout, and no processing window is published for us to quote. Support response times are unmeasured. Daily and monthly ceilings are not published. We did not count the games, so the About Us claim of 15,000 titles stays the operator’s number. The launch year is not published, and the 2025 in the facts box is the licence issue year.

Three things did not line up. FoxyFlush is absent from the MGA register for MGA/B2C/233/2013 despite terms and promotions matching brands that are on it. The Welcome Crypto COMBO banner offers up to 1 BTC while clause 5 of the same page caps the bonus at 100,000 euro. And the Endorphina Mega Spins offer in the site’s exit popup was not among the 26 promotions listed at /promotions/promotions that afternoon.

Reputation and licensing, 7.3

FoxyFlush is licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority in the Union of the Comoros under number ALSI-202502014-FI1, held by Green Champions Leader SRL, a Costa Rican company registered as 3-102-917157 at Los Yoses, Calle 39, San Jose. We checked the regulator’s public register rather than the footer badge. It returns the licence as Valid, issued 12 February 2025, expiring 11 February 2027, with foxyflush.com among the 38 domains on that record.

That is a real verification and it beats badge-only licensing. It is also far thinner than a European licence. Anjouan publishes no fund segregation requirement and no enforcement register, and it obliges the operator to appoint a dispute service without naming one. FoxyFlush names none either.

Now the part that made us look twice. Clause 9.8b lets FoxyFlush remit an account balance “in terms of regulation 37 of the Remote Gaming Regulations”. That regulation is Maltese. Clause 9.8d, two lines below, cites the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, which is Anjouan’s. The document carries its previous jurisdiction around inside it.

Clause 8.4 does the rest. Self-excluding from FoxyFlush does not exclude you from the other 37 brands on this licence. Clause 8.5 lets the operator void bets and forfeit winnings if you open one anyway, and 8.6 removes any duty to refund.

A licence that verifies in its own register earns the 5.6. Anjouan being the register keeps it there.

Payments and payouts, 7.3

FoxyFlush pays out through more channels than it takes money in through, which we have not seen before on this platform. The euro cashier we read on 18 August 2026 showed ten deposit tiles and eleven withdrawal tiles. Bank transfer appears only on the withdrawal side.

Deposits run through MiFinity at 25 to 2,000 euro, LuxonPay at 20 to 5,000 euro, and eight crypto rails at 25 to 5,000 euro: BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, USDT on TRON and Ethereum, USDC on Ethereum and Solana. Withdrawals take all ten plus bank transfer, at 100 to 1,000 euro, or 500 on LuxonPay.

DirectionMethodsMinimumMaximum
Deposit10, eight of them crypto, no cards25 euro (LuxonPay 20 euro)2,000 to 5,000 euro by method
Withdrawal11, adding bank transfer100 euro1,000 euro (LuxonPay 500 euro)

Three consequences follow. Card users are excluded outright, because no card rail exists in either direction. The 100 euro withdrawal floor sits four times above the 25 euro deposit floor, so a small balance is stranded. And clause 9.10, restricting withdrawals to the account the deposit came from “whenever possible”, cannot be satisfied by the one method that pays out and never pays in.

Then the gap. No processing time is published anywhere on the site, and the 13 question FAQ never mentions money. Clause 9.12 reserves the right to charge administrative costs “as indicated on the Website” without indicating them anywhere we could find. Withdrawals need a verified account under the AML policy, due within 30 days of registering.

Bonuses, 7.1

FoxyFlush ran 26 live promotions on 18 August 2026, and its two headline offers pull in opposite directions. The casino package carries the heaviest wagering structure we have scored on this platform. The sports welcome carries one of the lightest.

The casino package pays 125% up to 750 euro with 250 spins on deposit one, 100% up to 750 euro with 250 spins on deposit two, and 125% up to 500 euro with 500 spins on deposit three. Minimum 25 euro each time, spins on Bigger Bass Splash at 0.10 euro. Clause 10 carries the number that decides everything: wagering is 30x on the deposit and the bonus together, not the bonus alone.

Sport is a different proposition. A 100% match up to 100 euro on a 25 euro minimum, cleared at 6x on deposit plus bonus within 30 days, with a 1.7 minimum odds rule and four qualifying sports. A 25 euro freebet comes with the first deposit, capped by bonus terms F 1.5 at three times its value, so the real ceiling is 75 euro.

Maximum bet during casino wagering is split across two documents. Bonus terms A 1.3 says 5 euro per spin. General terms 1.8 says 5 euro or 15% of the total bonus, whichever comes first. On a 25 euro deposit the bonus is 31.25 euro and 15% of that is 4.69 euro, so the stricter rule bites and the published figure is wrong. Weighting is slots 100%, virtual and lucky 50%, tables 20%, live casino excluded. Several hundred titles carry no wagering credit, Sweet Bonanza and Aviator among them.

Then the ceiling nobody advertises. Section D 1.2 caps deposit bonus winnings by offer size across five bands, from three times your deposit at 200% and above to twelve times at 25% to 99%. The 125% bonus caps at eight times, the crypto bonus at six. No promotion page says so.

Bonus maths, in euro

FoxyFlush sells three welcome offers, and one round of arithmetic separates them. The table takes each at a 100 euro deposit, applies the stated wagering basis, and adds the section D 1.2 win cap the promotion pages leave out. Turnover is what a player owes, and it is the only number here worth comparing.

OfferDepositBonusWagering baseTurnover dueMax winMax bet
Casino package, deposit one100 euro125 euro at 125%225 euro6,750 euro at 30x800 euro at 8x5.00 euro
Welcome Crypto COMBO100 euro150 euro at 150%150 euro, bonus only6,000 euro at 40x600 euro at 6x5.00 euro
Welcome Sports Bonus100 euro100 euro at 100%200 euro1,200 euro at 6xDeposit sized bets only100 euro

Read the first row. Deposit 100 euro, take 125 euro, and 6,750 euro must go through the reels before a withdrawal is possible. At the 5 euro ceiling that is 1,350 spins as a floor, and volatility makes the honest number higher. Upside stops at 800 euro, leaving 1,000 euro at a time.

Now the third row. The sports offer asks 1,200 euro of turnover for a 100 euro bonus, or 12 euro staked per euro of bonus against 54 euro on the casino package. The smaller headline is more than four times the better deal, and it sits two banners along from the one FoxyFlush leads with. How wagering requirements work explains why the basis beats the percentage.

Terms decoder

Four clauses in the FoxyFlush documents decide outcomes, and each sits in a file you open separately from the offer you are claiming. Paraphrased below in our own words, with the practical result underneath. None of the four appears on a promotion page, and two of them contradict a figure printed elsewhere on the same site.

Tiered maximum win, bonus terms D 1.2. Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped as a multiple of the deposit, and the multiple shrinks as the advertised percentage grows. Consequence: the bigger the headline, the smaller your ceiling, and the 1 BTC crypto banner is capped at six times what you deposited.

Split maximum bet, general terms 1.8 against bonus terms A 1.3. One document caps a bonus bet at 5 euro. The other caps it at 5 euro or 15% of the bonus, whichever is lower. Consequence: on any bonus below 33.33 euro the published 5 euro figure is wrong, and betting to it forfeits the winnings.

Third party funds, clause 9.6.1a. Money arriving from anyone else’s payment method lets the operator void winnings and forfeit the whole balance, deposits included. Consequence: where eight of ten rails are crypto, sending from a wallet that is not demonstrably yours risks the whole account.

Dormancy, clauses 6.1 to 6.4. Six months without a login makes an account dormant, at which point FoxyFlush may charge 10 euro a month up to the balance and may also close it and reset the balance to zero. Consequence: a forgotten account holding 40 euro is empty in four months, and clause 6.4 expires any cashback immediately.

Games, 8.1

FoxyFlush lists 110 RNG studios in its provider filter, counted on 18 August 2026, and twelve studios in the live filter. The slot side is broad and the recognisable names are present: Endorphina, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Betsoft, BGaming and PG Soft among them. Categories run to slots, an Endorphina hub, bonus buy, crash games, jackpots and a row named Mystery Books.

The live floor is where it thins out. Absolute Live Gaming, BetGames, Ezugi, Graz Game, Lucky Streak, Medialive, Pateplay, Popok, Seven Mojos, Vivo and XPG Live. No Evolution tables. No Playtech. A Thursday live cashback and a Saturday live reload both point at second tier suppliers.

Jackpots are unusually concentrated here. Three tiers, 500,000 euro, 200,000 euro and 100,000 euro, all from one studio, Pateplay.

One thing we could not resolve. Pragmatic Play and Novomatic appear nowhere in that 110 studio filter, yet the trending row carried Starlight Princess Super Scatter labelled Pragmatic Play and Book of Ra Magic labelled Novomatic the same day. Either the filter is incomplete or those titles arrive through an aggregator.

Customer support, 8.1

FoxyFlush names two support channels and, unusually for this platform, does not contradict itself about them. The contact page lists live chat “everyday 24/7” and email at support@foxyflush.com, with five languages named: English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish. The About Us page repeats the 24/7 claim. Two pages, one answer.

Neither channel was tested here, and we will not score a response time we have not measured. Documentation is what we can score, and it is shallow. The FAQ carries 13 questions covering registration, login, password changes, verification, currency and reopening a closed account. Nothing about deposits, withdrawals, payout windows, wagering or bonus rules. On a site whose cashier publishes no timings, that omission is doing real work.

User experience and responsible gambling, 5.9

FoxyFlush publishes a page titled Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion Policy that contains no self-exclusion procedure. It runs roughly 1,300 words on problem gambling, a symptom checklist and play rules, then closes with one paragraph on deposit limits. That is the whole document.

Deposit limits do exist, daily, weekly and monthly, named rather than implied, which is more than the platform siblings manage. The catch is the mechanism. You set them by emailing support and stating which limit you want. No self-serve control. Increases take effect after 24 hours and decreases apply at once, but every change goes through an agent.

Self-exclusion lives in the general terms instead, at clause 5.2, and it has a trapdoor. You email, the account enters a 24 hour cooling off period, an agent emails the available exclusion periods, and you must reply to confirm. If no reply arrives within a further 24 hours, the account reopens. A person asking to be shut out has to answer two emails to stay shut out.

No loss limit is documented. No session limit, no reality check. The only helpline named on the site is GamCare on 0808 8020 133, a United Kingdom service, while clause 2.5.4 refuses United Kingdom residents outright. Time-out sits in the account profile and can be revoked after 24 hours.

Who this casino is for

FoxyFlush sorts players by payment rail more sharply than any site in this batch, because the cashier settles the question before the games do. Three profiles, three verdicts, drawn from the cashier and the terms rather than the marketing. Each one turns on a figure published in the cashier on 18 August 2026.

The stablecoin player. Holds USDT on TRON, funds and cashes out on the same chain, treats fiat rails as friction. Yes. Four stablecoin routes work both ways at a 25 euro floor, the 1,000 euro per transaction ceiling is the only real irritation, and the crypto welcome runs on a bonus only basis.

The tap to pay newcomer. Expects Apple Pay or a debit card, because that is what is in the phone. No. No card rail exists on the deposit side in any form. Registering here means buying cryptocurrency first, which is a bigger step than most people came for.

The value hunting sports bettor. Reads wagering terms, wants a bonus that can actually be cleared. With reservations. The 6x sports welcome is genuinely good and the 25 euro freebet is real, but maximum bet is capped at your deposit, only four sports count, and getting paid still needs a crypto wallet or a 100 euro bank transfer.

How it compares

FoxyFlush shares a software platform with Nords Casino and FoggyBet and shares no regulator with either. On layout the three sites are near indistinguishable. On protection they are not, and the table below sets the difference out across seven fields we checked on all three on 18 August 2026.

FoxyFlushNords CasinoFoggyBet

Named dispute bodyNoneMADRE, on the MGA recordMADRE, on the MGA record

The trade is legible. FoxyFlush has the better cashier and the better sports bonus. The other two answer to a regulator that publishes enforcement, requires segregated player funds and names a dispute body on the licence record. If it goes wrong, they have somewhere to write.

That same test applies to Astrozino, which runs this platform and promotion set again, and to 30bet as an outside comparison. Our scoring method sets out the six weights behind the number above, and how to choose an online casino explains why the licence carries a quarter of it.

Operator group and complaints route

Green Champions Leader SRL holds ALSI-202502014-FI1 and the Anjouan register lists 38 domains against it, so FoxyFlush is one storefront on a portfolio. Several sister domains carry names echoing Malta licensed brands, which is not evidence of common ownership and we claim none.

Two consequences reach the player. Clause 8.4 confines a FoxyFlush self-exclusion to FoxyFlush, so somebody excluding here can register at a sister domain the same evening. Bonus terms 1.1 restricts bonuses to one person, address, phone and payment instrument across the group, so a second account can cost the balance at both.

For a dispute, start with FoxyFlush’s own complaints process through live chat or support@foxyflush.com, keeping a written record. After that the route gets thin. The Anjouan licence requires an independent dispute service and names none, and neither does the site. Both addresses on the validator belong to the licensee. Verifying a casino licence walks through the register search we used.

Country availability

FoxyFlush prices in euro and sets the account currency at registration. Three separate exclusion lists apply and they do not match each other. The Anjouan licence does not extend to Australia, the Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom or the United States. General terms clause 2.5.4 adds Austria, Germany, North Korea, Iran and Myanmar. Bonus terms 1.15 blocks promotions in roughly fifty more, among them Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Israel and Italy.

Ireland, Sweden and Denmark appear on none of the three. That is a narrower set of restrictions than the Malta licensed brands on the same platform impose, the opposite of what most readers would guess.

Our Ireland casino guide covers brands with a domestic dispute route, and casino utan Spelpaus is the equivalent for Sweden. Crypto casino payments explained and our crypto payments page cover what a stablecoin withdrawal involves, and self-exclusion schemes explained covers what clause 8.4 does not reach.

If any of this stops being entertainment, our responsible gambling page carries no casino list and no affiliate links.

The verdict

FoxyFlush operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202502014-FI1, held by Green Champions Leader SRL of Costa Rica and listed as Valid until 11 February 2027. The site quotes Maltese clauses, but no Malta licence covers it. Ten deposit methods, eight of them cryptocurrency. Eleven withdrawal methods. No payout processing time is published anywhere.

Right for
Stablecoin players who want USDT out on the same rail it went in, and who read section D 1.2 before claiming any percentage.
Wrong for
Anyone who wants a regulator with an appeals desk, because Anjouan names no dispute body and the licensee is an 18 month old Costa Rican company.

Frequently asked questions

Is FoxyFlush legit and safe?

FoxyFlush holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202502014-FI1, issued 12 February 2025 to Green Champions Leader SRL, Costa Rican registration 3-102-917157. We searched the Anjouan public register on 18 August 2026 and the entry returned a status of Valid with foxyflush.com named. Anjouan is a light touch regulator, so a valid licence there guarantees far less than a European one.

Is FoxyFlush licensed in Malta like Nords Casino?

No. FoxyFlush uses the same software platform, page layout and terms wording as several Malta licensed brands, and its terms even quote a Malta regulation. The Malta Gaming Authority register lists 36 domains under licence MGA/B2C/233/2013 and foxyflush.com is not one of them. FoxyFlush is regulated by Anjouan instead.

What is the FoxyFlush welcome bonus?

FoxyFlush advertises 350% up to 2,000 euro and 1,000 free spins across the first three deposits, split 125% up to 750 euro, then 100% up to 750 euro, then 125% up to 500 euro. Minimum deposit is 25 euro per stage and the spins run on Bigger Bass Splash at 0.10 euro each.

What does the 30x wagering at FoxyFlush actually mean?

FoxyFlush applies 30x to the deposit and the bonus together under clause 10 of the welcome terms, not to the bonus alone. Deposit 100 euro, take the 125 euro bonus, and the turnover due is 30 times 225 euro, which comes to 6,750 euro. On a bonus only basis the same headline would ask 3,750 euro.

How fast does FoxyFlush pay withdrawals?

FoxyFlush publishes no withdrawal processing time on any public page we could reach, and its 13 question FAQ contains no payment question at all. We did not open an account and we did not test a payout. Treat every speed claim about this brand, including any made in live chat, as unverified.

Can I deposit at FoxyFlush with a debit card?

No. The FoxyFlush cashier we read in euro on 18 August 2026 showed ten deposit tiles: MiFinity, LuxonPay and eight cryptocurrency rails. No Visa, no Mastercard, no Apple Pay, no Google Pay, no paysafecard and no bank transfer on the deposit side. Card players cannot fund an account here at all.

What is the minimum withdrawal at FoxyFlush?

The FoxyFlush cashier shows a 100 euro minimum on all eleven withdrawal methods, with a 1,000 euro ceiling per transaction and 500 euro on LuxonPay. The minimum deposit is 25 euro. That gap means four minimum deposits can sit in the account below the floor at which you may request them back.

Is there a cap on what I can win from a FoxyFlush bonus?

Yes, and no promotion page states it. Bonus terms section D 1.2 caps deposit bonus winnings by offer size: 200% and above at three times your deposit, 150% to 199% at six times, 120% to 149% at eight times, 100% to 119% at ten times, 25% to 99% at twelve times. The 125% first deposit bonus therefore caps at eight times.

Which countries can play at FoxyFlush?

FoxyFlush clause 2.5.4 refuses accounts from Australia, Austria, the Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, North Korea, Iran and Myanmar. A separate and much longer list in bonus terms 1.15 blocks promotions in around fifty territories. Ireland, Sweden and Denmark appear on neither.

Who owns FoxyFlush?

FoxyFlush is owned and operated by Green Champions Leader SRL, Costa Rican registration number 3-102-917157, at Los Yoses, Calle 39, Avenidas 8 and 10, San Jose. Payments are processed by Widoma Trading Co. Limited, Cyprus registration HE 468781. The same Anjouan licence covers 38 domains in total.

The job is unglamorous and mostly administrative in the best sense: she assigns every casino review and market page, sets the brief for each writer, and signs off the final fact-check before anything goes live. Nothing publishes on LSM99 without passing across her desk. She owns the editorial policy, the scoring methodology and the corrections process, which means when a rating is wrong she is the person who has to answer for it.
