What we verified and what we could not

Everything worth knowing about SlotRoyals sits in one line of a public register and one reply from a live chat agent. The register line is the problem. The chat reply is the best thing here.

Checked against a source. The Anjouan public register, which holds 1,492 licences, returns Onimim Ltd against ALSI-192407051-FI3, type b2c, status Valid, issued 29 July 2024, expiry 28 July 2026, with ozbet.net, cleanwins.com and slotroyals.com listed as the domains. The operator’s own seal validator agrees on the company, the number and the domain. The footer supplies company number 15765 and the Cyprus facilitator, Onimim (CY) Ltd, HE 464873. Bonus mechanics come from the three offer pages and section 26 of the general terms, withdrawal rules from section 8, and catalogue figures from the operator’s own public game feed on 19 August 2026.

Not confirmed. No cashier exists outside the account, so deposit minimums, withdrawal methods and per method limits could not be read. We did not register, did not test a payout and did not open the site on a phone. Support hours are advertised as 24/7 and never published as a schedule. There is no FAQ, contact or VIP page, so the VIP withdrawal limits in clause 8.6.1 have nothing published behind them.

Four contradictions on the live site. The register calls the licence Valid on a row that dates it to 28 July 2026. The home page banner prints the welcome code as WELCOME 2000 with a space, the promotions page prints WELCOME2000 without one, and clause 26.6 makes entering the code the condition for getting the bonus. The responsible gaming page sets a three month minimum self-exclusion, clause 6.9.3 sets twenty-four hours. The licence validator bars Australia, the KYC policy bars Austria and Germany instead.

Reputation and licensing, 6.6

SlotRoyals is operated by Onimim Ltd, company number 15765, registered at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, and licensed under ALSI-192407051-FI3. We did not stop at the footer. The Anjouan public register returns that licence against Onimim Ltd with slotroyals.com named on the record, and the operator’s seal validator returns the same company and the same domain.

Footer, seal and register agree on who runs the site, which puts this brand ahead of several we have reviewed on the same licence tier.

Then the date. The same register row gives an issue date of 29 July 2024 and an expiry date of 28 July 2026. We read it on 19 August 2026, three weeks after that expiry, and the status column still said Valid. Both statements sit in one row of the regulator’s own table, and the register offers no renewal record and no amended expiry. A two year licence period ran out while the site kept trading.

The rest is the usual Anjouan picture. The validator puts complaints from players in excluded territories outside the regulator’s scope, clause 25.6 puts the governing law in Anjouan, and clause 13.2 caps the operator’s total liability at 500 euro or the value of the bets in question, whichever is lower.

Four point six is what a verified licensee with an expired date on its own register earns. The identification work is real. The date is not something a review can talk around.

Payments and payouts, 5.6

SlotRoyals publishes no cashier. There is no deposit page, no withdrawal page, no method list and no per method minimum anywhere you can reach without an account. Ten payment logos sit in the footer, from Visa and Apple Pay through Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, ecoPayz, Jeton and Payz, plus Open Banking. Which of those pay money out is not stated.

What is published is the part that costs you. Clause 8.2 requires a 1x rollover of your deposits before any withdrawal, and if you have not met it, SlotRoyals may reject the request or charge up to an 8% administrative fee. Clause 8.7 adds up to 8% again for repeat withdrawals inside a rolling 30 day period.

Two details deserve naming. The ceilings are written in sterling on a site that prices in euro and whose KYC policy bars British residents outright. And clause 8.10 leaves a pending withdrawal inside your playable balance, then cancels it after a grace period of up to one hour if the balance falls below the amount requested. Ask for money, keep spinning, lose the request. Three point six is the score for published penalties sitting on top of an unpublished cashier.

Bonuses, 6.4

SlotRoyals leads with 200% up to 2,000 euro and 200 free spins on a first deposit of 20 euro or more, and the whole thing hangs on a code. Clause 2 of the offer terms credits the bonus on entering WELCOME2000 at the cashier. Clause 3 says that if you miss it, contact support before placing any wagers. Start playing first and the route is gone.

The home page banner prints that code as WELCOME 2000, with a space in the middle. The promotions page and the offer terms print WELCOME2000, with none. One of those two strings is not the code, and the site never says which.

Wagering is 40 times the deposit and the bonus together, not the bonus alone, and it runs for 10 days. Maximum bet during a bonus is 5 euro or 5% of the bonus, whichever is lower, which bites hardest at small deposits. Weighting is published in full: slots, scratch, classic and fun games at 100%, all roulette at 10%, and a zero list covering live casino, blackjack, video poker, craps, baccarat and multiplayer games. Live play does nothing for a casino bonus here.

The cap is where the documents stop agreeing. Clause 26.9.1 limits welcome campaigns to ten times the bonus in converted winnings, but only where no specific welcome terms exist. Specific welcome terms do exist, and they publish no cap at all. Clause 26.9.2 also blocks any withdrawal while a bonus runs.

The other offers are better designed than the headline. The weekly reload is 50% up to 250 euro at 25x, and slot cashback pays up to 10% of net losses over the Friday to Sunday window, capped at 1,000 euro, with no wagering.

Bonus maths, in euro

Percentages sell. Turnover is what you owe. Here is the SlotRoyals welcome offer at three deposit sizes, maximum bet set as the lower of 5 euro and 5% of the bonus.

Take the middle row. Deposit 100 euro, receive 200 euro, and you must stake 12,000 euro inside 10 days before a withdrawal is possible. That is roughly 240 spins a day at the 5 euro ceiling, every day, for ten days. The 20 euro row is worse in a quieter way, because a 40 euro bonus drops the maximum bet to 2 euro.

Compare it with a plain 100% up to 200 euro at 35x on the bonus alone, a common shape at this licence tier. That asks 35 euro of turnover for each euro of bonus. SlotRoyals asks 60. The brand’s own weekly reload is better maths too: on a 100 euro deposit it wants 3,750 euro of turnover instead of 12,000.

Terms decoder

Five clauses in the SlotRoyals terms decide outcomes, and none are written to catch your eye.

Deposit rollover, clause 8.2. You must wager your deposits once before withdrawing, and bets placed at minimum or no risk do not count. Consequence: withdraw early and SlotRoyals may reject the request outright or take up to 8% of it as an administrative fee.

Repeat withdrawal fee, clause 8.7. Withdrawals repeated inside a rolling 30 day period incur a fee of up to 8% of the amount withdrawn. Consequence: splitting a 3,000 euro balance into three requests to stay under the weekly ceiling can cost up to 240 euro for doing what the ceiling forces you to do.

Pending withdrawals stay in play, clause 8.10. Funds in a pending withdrawal are not sequestered from your balance, and the request is cancelled after a grace period of up to one hour if the balance drops below it. Consequence: one bad spin while you wait undoes the request, and nothing tells you it happened.

The bonus code, offer terms clause 3. The bonus is credited on entering the code at deposit, and if you forget you must contact support before placing any wagers. Consequence: one spin between the deposit and that message closes the door on 2,000 euro of bonus.

Self-exclusion by email, clause 6.9.1. A request must be emailed to support and may take up to ten business days to action, during which clause 6.9.4 keeps you responsible for everything on the account. Consequence: a player asking for the door to be shut can keep losing money for two working weeks under the operator’s own policy.

Games, 8.2

SlotRoyals runs one of the largest catalogues we have counted. Paging through the operator’s own public game feed on 19 August 2026 returned 8,141 game records from 43 named studios, of which 6,877 sit in the Slots category and 63 are live tables. Every tile in the lobby prints its studio, which is what made the count auditable.

Breadth is the strength. ELK Studios, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Blueprint, Habanero and Stakelogic all appear alongside Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play’n GO, and the shelves carry Gates of Olympus, Legacy of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, Sweet Bonanza and Big Bass Bonanza.

Depth is where it thins. The four biggest suppliers by title count are Evoplay at 884, Fazi at 854, Booming Games at 776 and Hacksaw Gaming at 713, which is 3,227 games between them. Pragmatic Play supplies 155, NetEnt 85, Play’n GO 60, Microgaming 29, and PG Soft and iSoftBet two each. The home page provider strip advertises Nolimit City, and the feed returned no Nolimit City title at all. A further 1,150 records in that feed are flagged inactive.

Live is the weak floor. Sixty-three tables, from Vivo Gaming with 49, Lucky Streak with 12, Ezugi with two. No Evolution, no Playtech, no Pragmatic Play Live. Live weights at 0% for bonus wagering, so that floor is decoration while a bonus runs.

One detail we cannot explain. The lobby carries shelves called Hot Games and Cold Games, and every tile there wears a percentage badge: 590.73% on Book of Vikings, 198.37% on King of the Jungle, 17.97% on Explodiac. No page says what those numbers measure, and no return to player figure behaves like that.

Customer support, 9.6

SlotRoyals is the only brand in this batch where support answered a question we asked, rather than being described from its public pages alone. The live chat widget sits on every page before you register, it opened without an email address, and the queue read position one. We asked one pre-sales question at 02:33 CEST on 19 August 2026: how long does a withdrawal take to process.

An agent giving his name as John joined and answered in under a minute. Withdrawals may take up to three business days, Monday to Friday, to be processed. That is the only payout figure attached to this brand anywhere, because no page publishes one.

A real result, and it lifts this section above the rest of the page. Two in the morning, no account, no deflection, no request that we register first.

The limits are structural rather than human. There is no FAQ page and no contact page. The support email, support@slotroyals.com, appears in clause 1 of the terms and on the licence validator, not on a page built for it. English is the only language served. The footer promises help day or night and publishes no schedule, so one answer at 02:33 tells you the night shift existed on one night in August.

User experience and responsible gambling, 5.4

SlotRoyals runs the only light theme in this batch, and it is easier to read than the usual dark casino lobby. Category filters sit in a horizontal bar and each section carries its own search box for games and providers. The registration window opens by itself and closes on the X.

Responsible gambling is where the page falls apart. There is no deposit limit, no loss limit, no session limit, no reality check and no cool-off tool inside the site. The responsible gaming page offers warning signs, three organisation names and one route: email customer support. That is the whole toolkit.

Self-exclusion carries two different minimums. The responsible gaming page says an exclusion locks the account for at least three months. Clause 6.9.3 says the request must state a duration with a minimum of twenty-four hours. Clause 6.9.1 gives the operator up to ten business days to act, and clause 6.9.4 makes the player responsible for every bet placed while the request is pending. Clause 6.9.7 then admits that Anjouan operates no national registry of excluded persons, so an exclusion here reaches this brand and nowhere else.

Set that against the licence, which lists functional responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion and deposit limit capability, as a condition of holding it. Deposit limits are the tool that is missing. The page names GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, none of which is the Irish helpline for a site that accepts Irish players.

Who this casino is for

The register reader. Checks the regulator before the bonus, every time, and treats a footer badge as marketing. No. The register does name this domain, and the same row says the licence period ended on 28 July 2026. That is the sentence you were looking for.

The Friday to Sunday slots player. Plays weekends only, sticks to slots, wants losses softened rather than a headline. With reservations. The cashback is the best designed offer here at up to 10% of net losses with no wagering and a 1,000 euro cap, but clause 5 makes you activate it before it expires and clause 9 pays only the larger of two cashbacks in one period.

Operator group and complaints route

Onimim Ltd holds one licence and runs three domains on it. The Anjouan register names ozbet.net, cleanwins.com and slotroyals.com against ALSI-192407051-FI3, so a bonus abuse finding at one of the three is a group matter. Clause 26.10 enforces the one bonus per person, household, payment account and IP address rule at operator level.

For a dispute, clause 21 sets the sequence. Raise it with support from your registered email address within three days of the wager being settled, because clause 21.4 refuses claims after that. Clause 21.5 escalates to management, and clause 21.6 gives you the right to arbitration.

That last step is where the route runs dry. The terms name no arbitration body, no seat and no cost. The Anjouan validator requires the operator to provide access to an independent alternative dispute resolution service, and no ADR provider is named anywhere on this site. Keep every screenshot and every chat transcript, because the paper trail is the only leverage the published process gives you.

Country availability

SlotRoyals prices in euro and served only English while we read it. The licence validator excludes Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus all FATF blacklisted jurisdictions. The KYC policy publishes a different list: Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Comoros, the United Kingdom and the United States. Australia appears on one and not the other, Austria and Germany on the other. Full verification becomes compulsory at any withdrawal request, or once lifetime deposits pass 5,000 euro.
